The service provider who came out was very polite and professional, carpeting looks good for the cost and time allotted my only recommendation would be to get the cost confirmed beforehand. I had planned to have the basic clean, was offered a 10% discount and chose to upgrade the service, believing the discount would then be applied. Turns out, it was only if I paid MORE than the cost for the upgraded service. Had I known that, I would have stuck with the basic services as the upgrade doesn’t seem to be much different

Once again, an outstanding job of cleaning. The carpet looks fresh and revitalized. I asked the tech to add 2 2x4 low pile kitchen rugs and they look brand new, even though I had recently laundered them.
The company has great communication on how to prepare before they arrive, text message when they are 20 min out. And, a thank you email for hiring them. Top rated.

They did a FANTASTIC job!! I called to have a move out deep clean of our carpets and I am nothing short of impressed. They were able to get out some pretty nasty pet odors/stains from previous tenets. The 10 yo carpet looks brand new!! I will be using them in the future and highly recommend.

Scheduling was exceptionally easy because we could text on Saturdays or after hours. Prices were very competitive and the communication was great. They offered a lot of flexibility for scheduling. Eugene was absolutely amazing I forgot to catch the other young lady’s name they both did amazing very fast and efficient. This is there second time doing my carpets.

I scheduled a deep clean to help with routine cleaning and pet stains. The techs did a great job! They got right to work and inspected the carpet with a black light to better locate the problem areas to pre-treat them. I had a really bad spot by my closet and you wouldn’t even know it! Total time was roughly an hour. I would definitely recommend and use them again!

Their technician Eugene Was incredibly respectful, thoughtful, and did a great job with our carpets and stairs, but most importantly I watched him do a thorough pre-Carpet Cleaning inspection, which is extremely important, he did not rush through the inspection, he was through, however, Eugene worked at a high rate of speed during the carpet cleaning and left our carpets like new!!!! We were just about to purchase new carpets because we were so frustrated with our expensive high-quality carpet that was not coming clean,

I love the fact they offer great pricing and service even on Sunday! They were very responsive, and professional. I hired them due to pet urine smells (both dog and cat) and they were able to detect the trouble areas with their black light - spot treat the are and then remove it with their cleaning services! Highly recommend this company for all your cleaning needs !! I will definitely be using them again - probably make it annual cleaning. It smells so great in my house and made my carpet look new !!! I had them do my hallway, master bedroom, staircase and walk in closet - was under $300 and that was with special pet spot cleaning! Great price !

Online quote asked for all my info. Showed a 247$. Middle package . Selected it and then was told quote couldnt be done online and to please call. Was quoted a price of 600. Even though I selected the median plan. Rejected the job but she texted another quote for 303. Eventually, got it scheduled . They showed on time and friendly. After competition light colored carpet had a lot of swirl marks that he said would go away but after drying . Next day it was obvious he missed a lot of dirt. Looked bad. Called for them to come back ( per their website) and they promised to come back and redo. Never showed , never called. I would look elsewhere for a better company.
