I recently had a crawlspace inspection of my home prompted by some concerns about its condition and our duct work. We had experienced some slight smells from some of our duct, and wanted more information. Servpro of Vancouver Wa. sent over one of their representatives (Andrew) to do the work. He arrived on time, listened to my concerns, and got to work. After spending some time in the crawl, he gave me a full description of his findings. And then he did something uncommon...He said "I don't think you need anything from us. I would recommend a good duct cleaning." Then he offered info on how I could arrange to have it done. He was professional, polite, and knew his stuff. And was not interested in booking a job he felt wasn't needed. I found this refreshing and commendable. I would not hesitate to recommend Servpro of Vancouver to anyone who might benefit from their services. Well done!

Our basement here at Subway flooded less then a week to Christmas and these gentlemen were on top of getting out here quickly (within hours) to get all the water out and things drying even tho it’s a busy time of year and with the holidays right around the corner. Ryan, Robert and Sebastian were amazing at mitigating our water leak that had been going on for at least 2 years behind our kitchen wall! What was supposed to be a fairly easy fix turned into a total kitchen, living room and dining room restoration! They were all very professional, courteous and friendly! David, Robert and Austin were the ServPro team that came out and fixed the issues under our house. They called ahead letting me know they were on their way which I really appreciated. They laid visqueen instead it was missing. Replaced insulation under the bathroom were it was found to be missing and tacked up the belly that covers it. They took before and after photos which is great. They also brought to my attention a possible issue to investigate. All three guys are nice, polite, kind and know what they are doing. We are very pleased!

We hired ServPro for remediation in our crawlspace after recent excessive rain and flooding caused some pests to burrow down below the foundation and come up into the crawlspace. They had a specialist out to inspect the crawlspace within a day of my contacting them, and the crew was able to come out within a week of scheduling. The crew did a fantastic job with the remediation, and tackled the project in less than 8 hours. They replaced all of the visqueen as part of the remediation - and here is the stellar part: they did a far superior job of laying down the visqueen than the builder's team had done so many years ago when the house had been built. The builder's team merely laid down visqueen in blanketed sections. The ServPro team went several steps further taped the visqueen up the foundation's walls, and made sure every floor seam was taped together as well. It was such a well-done job.

We had a fiberglass incident in our home and they were able to come quickly to assess and handle clean up the same day. The team was kind, professional, and extremely thorough. Highly recommend!!

David and his crew were amazing. Fast, professional service. They did a thorough job and were very detail oriented. Communication was great and crews arrived on time and stayed until the job was done. They aren’t the cheapest option, but in this case, you definitely get what you pay for. Five stars!
