If I could give 10 stars, I would. We recently had our basement flood with about 3 to 5 inches of water. I woke up to it and it was incredibly stressful. Within an hour or so, they were out pumping water out. They knew we did not have flood insurance (we do now) and were trying to help us take care of this situation as best we could with out any financial help from insurance. Moreover, they helped us dry the area out quickly and made stops over the following days to make sure everything was drying well to avoid mold. In addition, they referred us to an HVAC company that came out that day to check on the flooded system. They made an incredibly STRESSFUL situation much easier to navigate. They were prompt, kind, and understanding. We are very grateful for their excellent service, would highly recommend!

I contacted Upper Left Services after a recommendation from a trusted source. I had sustained water damage to a bathroom ceiling from a faulty installation of an HVAC system located in the attic directly above. Upper left came out promptly and devised a plan to dry out all of the surfaces. They were timely, communicated daily when they were showing up and the finished project was flawless.
