Ryan and team were absolutely fantastic to work with. They were professional, on-time, super responsive and they performed quality work. Could not have asked for a better experience.

We had a pipe leak in an old home. A friend told to call them and I’m not speaking to my friend anymore. That should explain it.
They were always late to appointments, kept changing the plan and finally billed me a huge number with clearly false charges. Very bad company and bad people.

They were at our place 7am on a Sunday after the flooding happened Saturday night. Ryan has been communicative, empathetic, and super efficient in getting everything taken care of. We trust them completely and would highly recommend them.

We had scheduled a carpet replacement in August. As the carpet contractor tore out the old, we discovered dry rot from previously leaking and replaced windows. It was such a busy month to get a contractor, but Patrick with Servicestar Restoration fit us in some double hour slots and got the two areas repaired. Got the carpet installation back on schedule to only discover two other areas of dry rot in different rooms. Patrick back to the rescue for an end of day fix. Due to the unexpected nature we trusted Patrick and team in our home without our presence - all was safe and secure with excellent clean up.

A few weeks ago, we discovered some wetness under our sink. A LOT of wetness! Unbeknownst to us, our instant hot and garbage disposal had both been leaking, apparently for some time. Ryan and Patrick came right over and assessed the moisture level and damage. They replaced the 2 leaking appliances and provided us with a dehumidifier that brought the humidity reading under our sink down from 99% to normal. They made sure there was no mold or dry rot, and that the cabinet did not need to be replaced. We were very impressed with their knowledge, thoroughness and professionalism. During the course of selling my home, mold was detected, and thankfully my realtor told me to contact Servicesstar Restoration. The men that came to do the work were prompt, professional, clean and respectful. The bid was reasonable and the entire process was done within my very tight schedule. Several townhomes in our Lake Oswego association had attic mold and ventilation problems and Servicestar Restoration was hired for the remediation. Not only did they fix the problems, they did it with an attention to communication, promptness, courtesy and detail that is rare these days. From the beginning, their communications with our homeowners' association was thorough and all details of this considerable undertaking were explained and questions answered. Once the actual job began, we were so impressed with Servicestars' empathy for us and the other homeowners. Most importantly, if something needed correcting or a redo, they did it promptly and without complaint. I just can't say enough about how fantastic this company is and a special high five for our project manager Ryan.

From start to finish Service Star was amazing. They arrived within hours of our initial water leak, and had it cleaned up in several days. They followed through to make sure the remodel of our kitchen and floors were completed beautifully. They were extremely trustworthy, conscientious, and professional every step of the way. Over the process they became like friends and we highly recommend them!

My basement got flooded due to negligence of the City. Ryan and his crew was well worth it. They did a great job and my finished basement looked just as it did before. They were extremely flexible with their time allowing me the time to deal with the city. Ryan was always quick on communications, either responding to my requests or just keeping me up to speed on what he was doing. This is a great company.

If you find yourself in the unfortunate instance where you’re in need of water restoration experts, do yourself a favor and call Ryan with Servicestar. 5/5 stars on Google isn’t even close to what I feel like he (and Colin) deserve. He was ALWAYS either on time or early, always available to communicate in a timely fashion, very trustworthy and super knowledgeable. We just finished a complete bathroom renovation due to a flood and I believe the sole reason the process went smoothly with insurance was due to the documentation, correspondence, and photos by Servicestar. While I hope to not need their services again, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again shall water issues occur in the future. Lastly, bonus points to the guys for always being so great with my very nosy and communicative toddler. Thanks again Ryan and Colin!

Patrick the owner is hands on and available 100% of the process! If you need a professional trustworthy water mitigation and contractor, then you need not look any further. I had three water line breaks inside the walls of my home and Patrick responded immediately. Patrick and his crew worked hard and fast to abate the crisis and finished the projects expeditiously.
In the future if I need construction work, additions or water mitigation I will contact Servicestar Restoration LLC immediately.

We would highly recommend ServiceStar for water damage remediation and reconstruction. We suffered a major dishwasher leak that lead to water damage, mold, and required removal of floor, cabinets, and some walls. ServiceStar was on the job immediately, worked with our insurance company to perform immediate work to mitigate the damage. We then contracted with them to reconstruct our entire kitchen. Patrick and his crew were the most professional and customer focused contractor team we've worked with. There were no hidden costs, all work was agreed upon and estimated in advance, and most importantly the quality of their work was really good. Very happy with our ServiceStar experience!
