Kyle and his team were great. Kyle showed up within one hour of us calling in the water damage. Jeremiah and Victor set up the equipment, checked the areas for damage, and only a few days late Gabe and Carlos came to pull up carpet. They also removed some non-damaged tile that I’ve wanted to get rid of forever! Communication was top notch.

The people from Robinson were wonderful to work with. Our unexpected and serious link in a basement closet was expertly managed by Robinson. I highly recommend.

Had a great experience with Nate and the folks at Robinson. They were timely, communicative, and thoughtful about next steps. Most importantly, Nate was able to provide an assessment and in home visit roughly at midnight one night when we expierenced standing water. We are very grateful.

Robinson was on the scene in quick order! Nathan Bower was a pleasure to work with and knowledgable with navigating insurance challenges. Mitigation work was tended too in a timely fashion especially considering my water issue was through the holidays!

We were unfortunate enough to have not just one, but two flooding issues over a 4 month period. One at our home and the other at our rental. Both times Kyle S showed up to help and was fantastic. His communication was great, kept us informed and got things done quickly.

Hopefully we won’t need to call again, but if we do it will be nice to work with Kyle S again.

Meeting with Aldo and his speedy response for the initial assessment reassured us immediately. We felt safe and he was so clearly competent and caring. Communication was very clear. He did a full inspection of our flooded area and cleaned up impeccably. Thank you Aldo!

We had a kitchen drain line leak and had had Robinson restoration come out and clean the crawl space. They removed all the standing water and remove the soil that was contaminated all the vapor barrier that was damaged. Replaced the vapor barrier and have it ready for the plumber to fix the leak. The communication was great work was done in a timely fashion and price was good. I would highly recommend this company.

Nathan Bower and his team were incredible. Nate was flexible and collaborative with his planning. His crew, Ken and Joe, were personable, professional and I was honestly shocked at the cleanliness they kept with job. Highly recommend Robinson and this crew we worked with.

Kyle from Robinson Restoration was incredible! He came out the same day I called to look at a drain pipe leak in our crawl space and had his team out that evening to complete the repair. They took photos throughout the process, communicated clearly, and were professional from start to finish. We were so impressed by their responsiveness and quality of work. Definitely highly recommend!

We had an emergency water situation. We used ServPro in the past and while effective, their customer service and due diligence was lacking. Kyle from Robinson has been extremely helpful and thorough. His communication has been awesome and we really appreciated how he guided us through our remediation. Robinson as a whole has been very professional and has done a great job, but Kyle's customer service is why I would recommend them to anyone.

We had a tub faucet leak into the wall and affected the crawl space, entire bathroom, entry hall, office, and even part of living room. Robinson did the restoration work. They were great communicators and were on top of demo and drying floors and walls. Special shout out to employees Ken and Joseph who spent lots of time on our job. They always showed when planned, kept us informed, left debris from demo areas spotless. They were a pleasure in our home as well; very courteous and respectful. I hope the company compensates them well knowing the value of such employees. They helped make a disaster tolerable.

We have had several water leaks at our home and Robinson Restoration has been fantastic to work with each time. The project managers (Nate, Fabian, and Ken) I've worked with have always been extremely responsive and transparent throughout the whole process. They really take care of their customers and I would 100% use them again.

We had a plumbing leak with no ability to identify the location. The plumbing service recommended Robinson so we had them come out.

Nate was the lead project manager for us and did a great job. Very responsive, helpful, and patient as we went through the process (first time water damage). Nate helped coordinate the various companies (electrician, plumber, etc) and kept us informed of schedules and timing.

Every crew and individual sent out was very friendly and hard-working.

I am so happy I chose this company to address water and mold damage in my garage. Kyle was my main point of contact and was so attentive and helpful. Even though Kyle was my main contact, every single person that came out to check the progress was so polite, prompt and kind. They checked in daily - I even had to tell them they didn’t need to come Christmas Eve and day! They were efficient and clean. They also put me in contact with a great contractor for the final repairs ! You won’t regret using this company for any damage needs!!!!

We had a horrible musty smell coming from our kitchen. We emailed Robinson Restoration and Jacqueline helped us right away. She was fast and friendly. They dispatched Christian and within an hour he arrived at our house! After the inspection he explained in detaIl that we had a leak coming from the sink sewer line. It had been that way for some time. They scheduled us in the next day. They thoroughly cleaned up the mess that day so we could get a plumber in to repair it. Christian was amazing by keeping us updated on expectations throughout the process! The crew they sent were all so friendly and knowledgeable. They took great pride in their work and worked well as a team. They protected my home with plastic so it was very clean when they left. They put new vapor barrier In the crawlspace and it smells so nice now. They had a job inspector, Jared, come over after the work was completed. He asked about our experience and if we needed anything else that they could help us with. He wanted to make sure everything was perfect, which was so nice. He was very friendly and sincere. The service they gave to us from the beginning to the end was above and beyond great! We appreciate everyone from Robinson Restoration for their help making our home safe and odor free again! Danielle and Adam, our project managers, did an excellent job coordinating the efforts of the Robinson team. They ensured the leak was found, took steps to protect our property, and managed the work needed to dry out the affected flooring, walls, and crawl space.
