We can not say enough good things about DryTime Restoration!! This company goes above and beyond for its customers.
They are very up front about the demolition needed, what type of fans/heaters, noise level and all. Lucky, for us, our pipe leak was caught just as it started. We didn't have any mold or dry rot, just a little moisture reading from the tool they brought. They schedule us in right away and moved quickly getting everything set up. We had everything on for about 5 days, just to make sure things were bone dry. They even wrote us a great and detailed report for our insurance company.
When our insurance company denied our claim, they extended our due date for their bill and emailed our insurance company, again, with even more details and information. Sadly, our insurance company denied it a 2nd time but DryTime Restoration has been very responsive and reasonable with us regarding payment :)

Every employee, that came to our house during this whole process, was respectful of our home, polite and very professional. Same goes for the employees we had the pleasure of speaking with over the phone and through email! Thank you DryTime Restoration!

We were getting AC installed and someone drilled through our sewer pipe (which then leaked into our wall). Valerye, Cory, and Josh did an absolutely fantastic job taking down the wall and cleaning everything up. I can also highly recommend DryTime’s rebuilding arm (Minuteman Construction) for putting everything back together!

We recently discovered unexpected water damage and some mold in our home from a hidden leak, and it was a stressful situation to say the least. We called Dry Time Restoration, and they had a technician—Ricky—at our house within just a few hours. He immediately put us at ease. Ricky not only remediated the immediate issue quickly and professionally, but he also took the time to walk us through the entire process, answer all of our questions, and make sure we understood what to expect next. His patience and thoroughness really stood out.

The team that later came to handle the demo and deeper cleaning did an excellent job as well—efficient, careful, and respectful of our home. I also had several interactions with Justin from their office, and every conversation was smooth, clear, and genuinely helpful.

Overall, Dry Time Restoration made a stressful experience so much easier. Their responsiveness, professionalism, and communication were outstanding from start to finish. I would recommend them to anyone dealing with water damage or mold issues. Highly recommended!

We have had water damage issues in our home and both were handled expertly by the people of NW Prestige. From the Ian’s quick response in the estimate stage to Rolland’s friendly and efficient oversight, the job was completed to our 100% satisfaction! We are also grateful to painter Luis whose finishing work was beautiful. Obviously we are fans of NW Prestige!!

Anthony and Matt were great! They were very professional and efficient in their work. They were great at getting everything dry and helped us when our washer started leaking. Both have great customer service!

We had a roof leak that resulted in wet ceiling drywall and the start of mold growth in our attic. Dry Time assessed the situation and quoted us on recovery work. Once we got the roof repaired, Dry Time came back out to remove the damaged drywall and insulation, as well as spray and scrub the wood in the attic affected by mold. Valerie, Josh, and Brian H were all great taking care of the problem quickly and thoroughly. They put down floor protection, isolated the area of work, and got the entire removal and remediation done in one day. They left a dehumidifier running to make sure the attic space wood completely dried. This was a direct payment job, so they left the dehumidifier two days before checking and removing it. The remediation work was excellent, and I'm very pleased with it. We received the bill a few weeks later, and there were several problems with the final bill compared to the estimate. I understand that scope can changing in these situations, but this was more of an issue with inaccurate sizing of line items on the final bill. I called and talked to Justin in the billing department and we worked through the problems and finalized the bill at the quote plus the extra day of dehumidifier.

On the same day the plumber saw what the concern was, Drytime responded within hours. Ian was great in addressing all of my questions in my panic mode. One of the main reason why I went with Drytime is their reassurance that they'll deal directly with my insurance, the one thing I can't handle in my worried state of mind. I'll have to see how it goes as my claim just started. However, I appreciate the efficient work done by Matt and Ian, still keeping me updated on what they found and how it'll be dealt with, and all of my questions. I could trust their experience. They definitely know what they're doing! The water and mold impacted my kitchen cabinets, wall, floors and crawlspace. I take pride in the remodel done in my kitchen so i was so sad it had to be gutted but they saved my stone counters and tiled backspace and as much as they could. They completed the cleanup in 2 days with just 2 of them on the team. Thank you!

I am greatly satisfied by DryTime, and I gladly recommend them to others. My service person was Aris, and he was terrific. He called in advance to let me know his arrival time, and he arrived as expected. He was courteous, patient, and very knowledgeable. He described his assessment and shared his tools to detect heat and water. As he explored the issue, he offered some possible reasons why we had a leak. After a while Aris found the leak. I am relieved he found it, and it turned out to be grout and/or caulking complications. He provided me with a couple of experts to cure my leak. I am grateful for the honest assessment from DryTime. Aris is a good employee and a good person.

Had excellent service from Patrick and his team of guys .
They came out to do a mold inspection and were able to do the required work within days .
They were all very polite and courteous to us and treated our home with respect .

DryTime was at my house within an hour of calling on a Saturday. Andrew, the project manager, quickly assessed the situation and had his team immediately start working. Andrew and his team, including Patrick and Cole, were efficient and timely in their work. They communicated well throughout the process and set realistic expectations. DryTime has good people and does excellent work. I highly recommend DryTime, especially in emergencies!

We contacted DryTime after a feed line had broken. That same day, Ian was out to inspect the damage. In less than a week, he and his team started removing damaged flooring, drywall, and insulation, and even pointed out some other potential issues with the pumbing and electrical that we got fixed after teardown. After our replacement floors arrived, Eli got the rebuild organized and worked with our insurance so we wouldn't have to. The finished project is excellent; and Ian, Eli, and their teams made easy work of a stressful situation.

Patrick, Andrew, Josh, Cole, Brock & Matt were so great to work with. They were kind, attentive & incredibly helpful throughout the whole process of the burst pipe under our house! They showed up the same day I called them, located the source of the issue & helped connect us with a very reasonable plumber who was able to fix our pipe the very next day. They were communicative each day & made us feel like a top priority, even though they have lots of other clients as well. I will 100% recommend this team & Dry Time to anyone I know.

I'd like to express my gratitude to DryTime Restoration, specifically to Patrick, Ricky and Micah. I experienced a sewage backup in my townhouse and they performed the necessary restoration. While it was taxing on me emotionally since I work from home, the crew was extremely professional and kind. They got to work right away, were efficient with their time, and always cleaned up after themselves. They also came over daily to check on the progress and coordinated around my schedule - and they were always right on time when they said they would be! If they needed to leave to take a break, they texted and communicated to me exactly when they would be leaving and coming back again, even offering to bring me a coffee or something back from the store. Just the overall professionalism and communication was above and beyond! I would definitely recommend them for any of your restoration needs.

I had a great experience from start to finish with DryTime Restoration. I needed work done quickly due to the sale of my property. The job was scheduled within a day, and the workers showed up on time. The whole process was clearly explained to me. All of the work was completed as advertised. I received the final repair report within a few hours after the job was completed. Then their billing department promptly sent me the invoice so that I could get it paid and get my property closed on time.

DryTime made a lousy situation way better by taking action where I couldn't. This can be a long process with workers in and out of the house -so feeling good about who you hire is important. I felt very confident with DryTime services from the start. Their responsiveness and communication to explain the process and with handling the claim detail really put my mind at ease. It was great to just step back from the mess and let them do their work. I found all employees to be very considerate of my home and did their best to make sure it was livable for me during the process. I was impressed with how swiftly, efficiently and professional they all were, working long hours some days. They somehow made 'chaos' orderly. I also appreciated that they returned daily to check drying progress, measure for wetness and provide updates. Shoutout to Andrew for his leadership on the project and patience with answering all my questions.

Dry Times did a fantastic job helping my mom through the process of remediation. They not only came in and took care of removing all needed debris, but did so with the utmost sensitivity to keeping her home clean, and protected from the dust. Justin Osborn helped work with insurance company from initial claim through final settlement, including helping us navigate through a change in adjuster. Andrew, the Project Manager onsite, worked to ensure the crew was timely, conscientious, and took pride in their work. Truly above and beyond expectation. They also helped her find a quality contractor to complete the restoration portion of the work. Would definitely hire again and recommend highly!

We had a stellar experience with DryTime. When water damage happens to your house suddenly, it’s scary and frustrating. DryTime was able to come right away, they kept us in the loop every step of the way, and it was clear they had our best interests in mind which made us feel confident we’d picked the right company to work with. Our team, Patrick, Matt, Cole, and Andrew, were all wonderful. We can’t thank them enough.

There is nothing worst the coming home after work and seeing water spots on the ceilings. I based my choice solely off what their google review rating was and I’m glad I chose Drytime. From my initial panicked call talking to Ben? (the owner) who did a very good job of helping me stay calm and being very reassuring of the whole situation. Then the dispatcher who called and was so kinda. To finally the best part Ricky showing up in 15 minutes. He was amazing, he walked me through everything he was doing and why he was doing it. Took lots of pictures, was very thorough. He spent a good 2 hours (830pm-1030pm!!!) going over everything, setting up dehumidifiers, taping the walls off. He also walked me through the process getting an insurance claimed filed. And he was beyond kind, he kept the small talk going which really helps when your mind is racing with every senerio, and by the time he left I didn’t feel panicked or overwhelmed anymore. I am very grateful and so glad I found them.

Every single person I worked with Ricky, project manager, Blake, Deanthony, Marquis, Anthony, Aris along with a couple others whose names I can’t remember were so kind, knowledge, I felt so comfortable having them around and in the house, even when I had to be at work. I was informed of everything all the time. Even with a few missteps in the process I was taken very good care of. And hopefully this is will never happen again, but if it did this is who I’m calling. Thank you for job well done.
