Very good experience with USA Restoration. No wants to deal with problems in the crawl space of their home, but these guys are professionals and got the job done! Tyler and Devon come highly recommended.

We have been so pleased with the service and the expertise that we’ve got from Arthur. He’s a jack of all trades. He’s done so much to rescue us from a bathroom flood. He’s now finishing off painting. He’s so willing to do the big & little things that I’ve needed to be done. It has been very pleasant working with him. He’s a keeper!!!

Great experience , they were very professional.Devon and his partner were the best. Cleaned up all the water damage and left the place perfectly clean. I would recommend them for all emergencies and cleanup.

My home had a leak from the dishwasher that was not detected until kitchen floor boards began to warp. A Plummer came out and diagnosed the problem. I reached out to a few Restoration Companies. USA Restoration was able to quickly respond to our emergency need and proceeded to help with a drying solution to our hardwood flooring, contain & neutralize any mold that was present and get everything set up for the future restoration process that is currently being negotiated with the Insurance Company. Our primary contact was Devon Hood how was both thorough and professional in the way he approached our specific water damage situation. I highly recommend USA Restoration for any homeowner that ever has a need for future home repair & restoration.

Had some water damage from a bathroom leak and the plumers sugested USA restoration company to come out to asses the problem that there could be some water damage. Delfino came to my house today to test where their might be water damage. Delfino explained what he was going to do, and what might need to be done. Delfino is a very pleasant man with much knowledge and professionalism. I was terrified and so upset finding out from the test he performed that there was alot of water damage. Not knowing what to do or how, Delfino walked me through what needed to be done, calming my frustration, he even helped me with the insurance adjuster and spoke with them personally, getting a claim started and approved within an hour. He was truly my guiding angel by my side. I can't say enough how greatful I am for his kindness and professionalism that giving him a 5 star is not enough.

As an out of state landlord I need someone who I can trust to work on my house since I can’t be on site to make sure everything goes to plan. This team worked very quickly once the insurance approved their proposal for a kitchen remodel after water damage. I was amazed at how quickly they got cabinets installed as well as countertops. I picked a slab on Saturday and they had it cut and installed by the middle of the following week! The tenants had no complaints and were thrilled with the results.

Home owner for over 30years. Had my first and second claim ever back to back. Was fortunate to call USA Restoration and they got me threw the whole process without me losing my mind. Few people that were really great were Devin, Omar , Delfino, Nick, Arthur, David. Two guys that really stood out for me were Paul and Roman. Hope to never have a claim again but if I did USA would be my first choice . Thanks again

need to add to my comments of what I’ve made earlier. We’ve been treated extremely well!! There is as a lot of wall board and texturing needed on our project. They went beyond great effort. It was all done so willingly, certainly wanting to please and make it just the way that I would like.
Nic and Roman should be named for their expertise. They made sure things were done right and left making sure things were cleaned up. I have been very content and completely satisfied with their job, could not be more pleased with their performance & work!

We recieved great seevice today from USA Restoration!!!!They have gone out of their way to help me feel relieved with this water damage to our bathroom and room beneath it! They definitely have treated it as an emergency flood cleanup for us and jumped so quickly!!!
I was going to go with another company.
But, I cannot say how relieved I am that I’m going now with USA restoration!!!
Delfino Montes, Devin, Omar are certainly HEROES!!! They’ve taken all the stress out of this whole thing. I had a hard time sleeping. I’m going to sleep very well tonight.

I had water damage from a frozen pipe that burst and leaked through on bedroom carpet ,padding, some wood and frame work.
Delfino Montes and Misael Rubio are excellent workers . Bringing in numerous dehumidifiers, going in crawl space to access the damage, neatly covering my hardwood floors, moving heavy furniture in order to get where the leak seeped to.etc. So courteous and they respect your home.

Words can not express how Delfino and his crew came to our aid. We had a sump pump fail during the atmospheric River . We had water coming into our garage and basement . We could not stop the water. I called US and they were here within here in 2 hours
Ready to go work with pumps and squeegees mopping the water. And set up a couple of dehumidifiers in the basement. They told us the carpet, flooring and all cabinets to be removed. They helped us bring our queen bed upstairs as well help load a POD we rented. They demoed the basement, laundry room and bathroom. Through the whole process assured us they would help us get through this. They also recommended a plumber that installed a new sump pump.
If I could give them ten stars I would. I would highly recommend them to anyone who experiences a water disaster in their home.

Elijah and his team did a great job at a very reasonable price. He took care of all the details, made great recommendations and our bathroom was reconstructed with top quality materials by true craftsmen. We had all kinds of issues with the Flow Guard Gold CPVC water pipe and he arrived quickly to address the issues and set up drying equipment. Call Elijah next time you need repairs- you won’t be disappointed!!!

I’ve been working with this team for the past couple of months and have been consistently impressed by their responsiveness, the quality of care they provide to their clients, and how smoothly they handle matters during what can be a very stressful time. I had USA Restoration come out and check on a leak in my bedroom after the heavy rains that happened on 9/20/2025. Devon was the gentleman that came out from USA Restoration. I found him to be one of the most professional and courteous persons I have had to work with. After he did his inspection, he explained all that would happen to get the issue resolved. He was not pushy but gave me the information that allowed me to make the best decision for me. I chose to continue on with USA Restoration, and the first part of the project was completed. Devon worked efficiently, was neat, and was respectful of my property. It was amazing to work with a person who helped a stressful situation be less stressful and manageable. If I need this sort of work again, I will definitely call USA Restoration and hope I get to work with Devon Hood as he did an amazing job!

We had a plumbing back up that flooded our downstairs with sewage water on a Saturday night. I have never experienced anything like this before. We were unable to get any help or guidance from our insurance company until Monday morning. We called USA restoration and they came out within the hour. They have been amazing. The quality of work is top notch. They have interacted with my insurance company and made this so much easier.
Water damage restoration was not something I ever imagined needing, but Delfino Montes and his team have truely saved the day and my home. I couldn't be more grateful, I can not recommend them more!

We had water damage that basically destroyed our kitchen, flooring and part of our basement. USA was fast, did a great job, had great communication and got us back to normal in a timely manner. Very highly recommended.

We had a water leak that the plumber and a restoration inspector from another company couldn’t find. A friend recommended USA Water Restoration. They were able to get someone out quickly. Inspector was friendly, knowledgeable and professional like many others… but he approached the task with a genuine care for finding the problem when others couldn’t. He went above and beyond, and found the source of our leak when others basically just scratched their head. The source of the leak was very far from the point through which the water penetrated the drywall in the garage. He was also very accommodating to my wife being trapped by a sleeping newborn. Talking, texting pictures, and troubleshooting on the phone while I wasn’t at home. I couldn’t have hoped for a better experience.

Tyler came out and did a water reading on my office, he was so efficient, helpful and informative! We luckily found there to be no ongoing moisture, but I know who I’ll call if (god forbid) I need their services in the future. Thanks again!

We hired Elijah and his crew several times, for full kitchen remodel, wood floor install, luxury vinyl floor install, and new doors installed. Not flood damage restoration but the work is similar. What a great crew! They are skilled craftspeople at the detailed level (finish work). Responsive, on time, fair prices. Reliable. Highly recommended.
