Our special needs son decided to turn on our bidet in the bathroom on Easter morning. We got an Easter surprise of a flooded master bathroom right smack in the middle of the holiday.

We called USA Water Restoration and Elijah's team took over. They were there starting to dry out the "dirty water" and put everything in motion to get our insurance involved.

They guided us with perfection as we were able to navigate that crazy process with almost no hiccups. So many of my friends have had multiple insurance problems in these circumstances.

The end product was amazing. We went from an outdated bathroom to this- it's like living in a spa now! 5 stars recommendation with zero zero reservations. You'll feel like your brother has moved in to take over and help.

Delfino and his team were courteous and efficient! If we need a restoration company again we will not hesitate to call on them!

I highly recommend Elijah, David and their team! They walked us through every step of the way. We had multiple companies come and check out our water damage, each one still leaving me confused about the process. I decided I was going to talk to one more and I’m glad I did. Elijah took the time to explain everything to me until I was comfortable moving forward. They took their time fixing my home and even dealt with the insurance company. Everything turned out better than I was expecting. I will gladly hire them for all other work.

Eli did a great job for us in our laundry room flood restoration. USA water restoration was extremely polite, conscientious, and easy to get a hold of when questions arose. Their drying process was done using a tenting process which kept the dust out as well. They kept the work area very clean and cleaned up everything before they left. They also worked around our schedule which was very courteous of them. Highly recommended for drying floors and walls out.

Devon was great!! He clearly explained and educated us about where and how water collected under the floor and up the walls when our refrigerator ice maker water line failed. He showed us the moisture readings daily and he and his crew always kept the kitchen area clean and spotless before leaving each day. We felt very taken care of and enjoyed getting to know him and the team. I highly recommend USA Restoration!

We had a really great experience working with Devon Hood as our Lead Technician. He was professional, trustworthy and communicated each step of the process well.

We had a dishwasher leak and Devon was able to come out the next day to give us an initial damage assessment. Devon and his team were excellent in their emergency response and removing the water damage.

Dryworx was a pleasure to work with during an unpleasant time. They arrived promptly, advised on the extent of the damage and set up dehumidifiers.

Their technicians were very communicative and made it easy to understand what all needed to be done.

We opted to avoid homeowners insurance, Dryworx was extremely reasonable in their pricing and the explanation of services were transparent.

Had a serious flood in our basement from a toilet malfunction. Our homeowners insurance put USA Water Restoration in touch with us they were very responsive and a pleasure to work especially while we were working through some issues with the home owners insurance company. We’ve had our homeowners insurance through Safeco Insurance company which is now Liberty Mutual for over 30 years. First major claim with them and service was horrible. Couldn’t get anyone to return calls. Finally after back and forth for close to three weeks were able to have USA Water Restoration start the repair process which involved partial wall removal and then running drying equipment to get the basement completely dry. During the drying process Devon was in daily contact and came by daily to check on the drying progress.
Devon like everyone else we have met from this company was a real pleasure to work with. Unlike the previously mentioned homeowners insurance company Devon always promptly responded to my text messages and always showed up when he said he would unless there was an unexpected delay and if there was he always informed us with a text message.
Highly recommend this company if you ever have a flood.

He showed up faster than expected and after another company had looked the day before not even taking an look in the crawl space to truly discover what was causing the problem they just wanted to get to work fixing damage. They sent over 2 of their best, Delphino and Omar. Amazing workers and very knowledgeable. We had some water damage that escalated to finding more damage but thankfully they caught all of the leaks and were able to get it all under control. Delphino kept us in the loop throughout the whole process which made everything a lot easier to understand and work around. Omar was always on task and making sure he was doing everything right, no cut corners! Devin was in constant contact with us about the restoration process and making sure they checked every possible spot to ensure they didn’t miss anything while working on the house. Cannot thank them enough for the help and work they did! Also for giving us references for other services we would need after their work was finished.
