We had a compression coupling on the ice maker/water line to the refrigerator that failed over night causing extensive water damage to our kitchen, pantry, walls, flooring, carpeting, adjoining bedroom floor etc.
Patrick, Mathew, and Anthony were here immediately to inspect and mitigate any further damage. We were put at ease immediately with their helpful and understanding attitudes as well as their professionalism and knowledge. I recommend DryTime Restoration, especially Patrick, Mathew, and Anthony!
Mathew, Anthony and Cole were back today to complete demolition and water mitigation. What hard workers!! The scope of work that has to be done is mind-boggling. We feel very secure and comfortable with this knowledgeable and hard-working team.!

My dad had a water line break under his home. Unfortunately it was a hot water line and it had ran for almost a week. He believed that his heating element had gone bad. Once the plumber arrived and figured out the issue he contacted DryTime for us. They were quick to respond and get the process started. Patrick, Matt, Anthony, and Andrew came to the rescue. DryTime took care of the insurance adjusters and company so it was one less thing to worry about. So thankful for the company and the team that took care of it.

My trusted plumber recommended Dry Time and I was so glad I selected them. From Caitlin handling my call to Justin's initial visit and then on to Craig and Rico providing the mitigation work for my ceiling leak, the team was kind, warm, and soothing to a traumatized homeowner. Rico and Craig were prompt, efficient, skilled, good communicators, and great guardians of my belongings. I recommend DryTime highly! (I can't answer questions about cost because the invoice went to my insurer.)

Andrew, Blake & Cole put all their team energy & were very efficient taking care of home hallway & crawl space from water leaking.

Dry Time helped me out big time with my first big homeowner issue. A plumber found water damage in my crawl space and said it needed to be cleaned first before they could do anything and recommend Dry Time. Ricky D came over multiple times and found a bunch of issues that needed to be fixed and walked me through everything. When insurance denied my claim they helped make it so I could afford it and financing it was really easy. Josh L & Jessie C did the work over 2 days and I didn’t even need to take off work. Crawl space is really clean now, they dried all the water damage, took out the old vapor barrier, cleaned pest feces, took out disgusting insulation, put a new vapor barrier, sanitized, and they found all the sources of the problem so I know what to do next. Would definitely use them again for any future issues!

We discovered a hot water leak under our house which ruined our insulation and caused mold to grow. Ricky came out to inspect the damage. He was very helpful and made an access point so the plumber could fix the leak. Nolan, Josh and Blake have done an awesome job with the clean up and drying process. We really appreciate all their hard work. They also have communicated every step of the process very well. We are very impressed!! We will definitely recommend DryTime Restoration!

I had a great experience working with Patrick at Dry Time In Bend, Oregon. I got the impression that he is very genuine and cares about what his customer is going through. He was always available by phone or text to answer my questions and kept me updated regularly. The crew he worked with did excellent work on my water remediation. My only feedback is that it would have been helpful if the team had labeled the hardware with the drawers/ cabinets it went to when they dismantled everything. I am appreciative however for the care that went into salvaging my countertops and cabinets for the reconstruction phase. I recommend Dry Time and working with Patrick. :).

I can’t say enough about the great experience I had with DryTime Restoration. After purchasing a new house, we found mold under the flooring from a dishwasher leak. In my case, Patrick inspected and the crew (Matt Andrew and Cole) mitigated the issue in under 30 hours! Fantastic experience. Very attentive, responsive, and willing to answer the many questions we had about the entire process. Once the initial inspection and drywall/flooring/insulation removal was done, they came by every day to ensure the drying was going as planned. They noticed on the second day that it wasn't progressing as expected, so they took additional measures to ensure proper drying.

Water heater had been leaking, getting walls and floors wet. Robinson Restoration came and removed the damage and dried out the space in preparation for rebuild. Nathan did a great job organizing the project and maintaining communication. Rizwan and Angel were awesome at communicating, cleaning up the space after the drying out was complete, taking away the equipment and cleaning up on a Saturday.

We had a serious water leak situation that was handled promptly and professionally by Robinson Restoration. The response was immediate and comprehensive. Jose, Juan and Risjuan were so helpful and gave us a sense of confidence. We are so happy we were referred to Robinson by a plumbing company we called with our initial inquiry. Angelica in the accounting department went over and above to help us deal with an insurance company which seemed to be inept and lacking in skilled claims adjusters. You can hire Robinson with confidence that you the customer are their number one priority.
