We had a pipe burst under the pad of our house, which caused a flood of hot water in one of my homes bed rooms. They were on it from the moment we called. They informed us of the repairs that will be needed as well as different routes to take to solve the problem. They were willing to listen to our concerns and continue to offer support along the way as well as answer any questions we had. Great service from a great company! We will definitely call them if we run into a problem again!

Superior is Great! the technicians showed up at 2 am and helped us get the water out of our house. They worked hand and hand with our insurance company and our house looks better than before the damage happened. Side note our dog ran out the door and they ran after him and brought him back to us. It was a big deal because my wife had our newborn and couldn't go after him. Thank you guys!!!

I am extremely happy I chose to go with Superior LLC. My water heater burst and flooded my home. I was so stressed out, stayed up all night desperately trying to clean up where the water flooded. I was exhausted. After calling Superior, they got right on it, called all the team for mitigation and I was able to rest at ease knowing they would take care of everything. They are working with the insurance company and I am excited to see what they will do. I will leave yet another review once the job is complete.

I had a very substantial water leak that called for mitigation. I was recommended Superior LLC, and I truly couldn’t be happier. I have had to have mitigation in the past, and I can attest that Superior is definitely superior! They did a thorough job of inspection, documentation, and cleanup. The work crew was very polite, on time and conscientious about cleaning up after themselves. Again, that is something that’s very important to me because the previous company could’ve cared less about those things. I highly recommend Superior LLC and would use them again if the situation arose.

Superior handled our entire situation with poise, stewardship, and competence. Obviously no one wants to contact a restoration company and what was once such a stressful situation is behind us thanks to superiors intervention & guidance. They really took a tough situation and made it bearable. Long story short, we had water damage that required extensive restoration & a crew was sent out for mitigation. Don shortly after showed to assess the job and with his calm demeanor sort of put out the fire our mentality was going through informing us that this is what homeowners insurance is for and although this is a stressful situation it can & will be fixed. Special shout out to Missi who handled all of our rebuild and really was there to answer any questions night or day. She took a lot of the burden off us with reassurance & knowledge. We also had some great contractors who helped with this that I was able to chat with. Overall, restoration is a scary thing for homeowners but these folks do it right with a calming presence, knowledge, and a plan. In our brand-new home, our laundry room is located upstairs, featuring a laundry tub without an overflow valve, which I regrettably discovered the hard way. Thankfully, someone recommended Superior Construction to us, and their rapid response truly saved the day. Superior Construction arrived promptly and immediately took action to stabilize the situation. Within just a few hours, they had removed the damaged drywall, pulled up the affected floors, (both upstairs and downstairs where the water leaked from the ceiling) and set up a network of fans and dehumidifiers to address the moisture issue. Our laundry room and the surrounding areas were not only fully restored but also improve and It was as if the disaster had never occurred. Our home was back to looking brand-new, if not better. Really excellent service. Exceeded expectations. Both Don and Adam arrived late at night in the middle of a crazy storm, which kudos to them for taking on the job in less than ideal conditions. Both of them were very professional, friendly, efficient, and communicated clearly about what they were doing and what to expect. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of their services.

We needed to have a few places in our house evaluated for mold. We were fortunate to get Corbin who showed up promptly on time. He was very knowledgable and very thorough. He took his time to explain what he was doing and helped us so much. We can’t recommend him enough!
