Larry came out three separate times, free of charge, to test our moisture level and then completed the remediation work from our HVAC leak quickly, professionally, thoroughly, and for a reason price. I highly recommend using this company and am very grateful to have found a vendor I can trust.

Larry and his crew were great. I used them for a mold remediation job in my attic. Their service was amazing and the wood in the attic looked brand new after they were done. They also helped clean out my crawl space afterwards. They were very thorough and I am very happy with their service.

They gave us a quote that same day and made room for us in their schedule within a few more days to do the work! The service was prompt and very professional. We hired AdvantaClean to help identify the source of an unknown water leak in our basement and to remediate any damage including potential mold. We could not have been happier. Larry came to our house the day after contacting him so he could survey the situation and recommend a plan of action. His bid for the work was not only competitive but he was able to get a work crew on site just two days later despite the company’s tight work schedule. Warren and Cory were professional, thorough and courteous, helping us find the area of the slow leak source and stayed long after normal business hours. We had to remove all of our basement flooring due to water damage, but were grateful to Larry, Warren and Cory for preventing any further damage, giving us peace of mind and putting us on the road to safe use of our basement again. We hope that it’s not necessary but we would gladly hire them again.

Just a quick note on Cory, who did our remediation. Having owned several homes, this hasn’t been our first remediation. But what was very welcome, in this situation, was Cory and his approach. His thoroughness and attention to the overall situation of the crawlspace and house, not just the small impacted area, was very much appreciated. He went above and beyond to help ensure we wouldn’t have any future mold issues. Additionally, he was very professional, kind and personable … someone who put my wife and I at ease being in our home. Lastly, his communication and follow-up on what needed to be done and timing was first-rate.

I've used to AdvantaClean of SW Washington for a number of different jobs, both professionally (I'm a property manager) and personally, including mold remediation, duct cleaning and clean-up of an over-flowed sewer drain (extra kudos for that one). Larry and his crew are amazing. They're professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Larry has come out for an estimate and will tell you if the work needs to be done or not. Most recently they cleaned the ducts at my home and I could tell the difference as soon as I walked in the door. I'd trust them with any job.

It took no time at all and what already off to a good start with customer service. Larry scheduled us in the following week. Had his guys (Warren & Cory) come out and they DOMINATED our crawl space!! We don't have a spacious crawl space (is any crawl space these days spacious?) They finished the job in one day, and stayed late to get it done. They did an outstanding job! Definitely would hire them again! We're thankful, SO THANKFUL for their skills, hard work, and phenomenal customer service!

This company was great to work with. The guys that came to do the work were friendly and respectful. Did a thorough job. Were punctual and effecient. Larry took care of the insurance side quickly. They shared photos easily. I was worried they would try to squeeze as much money out of me since i really had to trust them to know when the job was done. But that didn't happen. They finished sooner than anticipated thus showing great integrity. I highly recommend!

As the result of a roof leak, we had extensive black mold in the ceiling, main support beam, and wall of our garage. A friend recommended AdvantaClean, so I called and scheduled an inspection. Larry came out the next day and gave us a very reasonable quote (we were worried that it would be multiple thousands of dollars.) Cory, the technician who did the actual abatement, was very thorough, even carefully edging around the removed drywall to make future restoration easier. We highly recommend AdvantaClean!

The guys from AdvantaClean were great. Larry came out to do the inspection and thoroughly looked over my property. He then took the time to explain to me the issue and all of the possible solutions.
When it came to clean up the mold, the guys were extremly polite and friendly. They worked quickly and made sure I could see everything they had done. I also enjoyed talking to them when they had a free moment.
