Rodney and Jose were great coming this weekend to unclog our kitchen sinks and fix a leak under the sink. Really appreciated their quick response!

We had the unfortunate need for an emergency plumber yesterday, however the experience was made to be so incredibly pleasant, thanks to Colton and Stephen! Both gentlemen worked into the late hours of the night to get us a game plan, make sure we have functioning facilities, and were a delight to work with. I’d give those guys 10 stars if I could.

A1 provided prompt service with reliable communication. Jacob and James were knowledgable and friendly. I really appreciated how they took the time to explain what was needed, and how they worked so well together as a team. Thank you for getting our basement plumbing up and running again.

Service by A-1 was pleasant and timely. The technician, James, offered more than one option to resolve the problem. He explained the issue and options in a friendly manner giving enough information so a decision could be made. He was joined by Leo and the two worked well together and completed the job quickly in a highly satisfactory manner. Thank you A-1!

Jose and Jacob were great!! Efficient and informative and just really nice! Fixed what could be fixed, estimates on what may need to come next and I felt confident that I was given a fair price for the project and for future estimates. Thanks!!!!

Updated Review: A Poor First Experience, but an Exceptional Recovery

My initial experience with this company was deeply disappointing, and I originally gave it a 1-star review. The first crew charged me $600 for a job that took nearly 5 hours and was ultimately ineffective. Their work was unprofessional, and their advice (like putting salt water down the drain) was unsatisfactory. One technician even made an inappropriate comment about us selling a car to afford repairs.

However, the day after I posted my original review, the General Manager personally contacted me. He was apologetic and immediately committed to making things right. He sent a new crew out that same day.

This second team (Matt and Reyn) was the complete opposite: professional, focused, and highly skilled. They diagnosed and fixed the actual problem in under an hour. The company also made appropriate accommodations on the billing for the initial, failed service.

While the first visit was unacceptable, the company's response to criticism was outstanding. They turned a terrible situation into a positive one, proving they do stand behind their work and value their customers. I am revising my review because they earned it, and I will definitely request their expertise in the future.

I can not recommend A1 plumbing enough. Eric and Matthew have been the absolute best and most professional to work with and I feel completely confident in their services and support. I have used them for faucet replacement, water softener, hard water testing, and septic. They are my go to for all plumbing needs.

Rodney was great. He was very polite, and you could tell he took some pride in his work. He not only fixed the leaking drain pipe that we called him for, but he discovered that whoever installed it had forced the pipe in place and put the connection in a bind. Had he just fixed the leak and left, it would had leaked again at some point. We appreciate him taking the time and effort to do the job right. He cleaned up after he was finished and was very professional.

We had Jacob & Leo come out to DeSales H.S. the day after Thanksgiving to clear a roof drain & remove debris from the downspout's piping. They arrived on time and cleared out the pipe quickly ensuring the water collecting did no damage to the roof. They also took care of a nearby drain which was draining slowly, ensuring there would not be a secondary problem. I really appreciate the level of service we received from A-1 plumbing!

Jose R showed and did a very good job in fixing my water heater issue. He was cordial and professional while discussing options and performing the work required. Very happy with results.

I had an excellent experience with this plumbing company. Colton and Jacob showed up right on time, were professional from the moment they arrived, and explained everything clearly before getting started. They diagnosed the issue quickly, walked me through my options, and never made me feel pressured.

Their work was clean, efficient, and high-quality. They double-checked everything before leaving and made sure I understood what was done and how to prevent future problems. It’s rare to find technicians who combine skill with great customer service, but Colton and Jacob did exactly that.

Jacob and Jose R did a very professional job and left me in a much better home environment. They worked though some tough challenges only found in a old house that needs a line snaked. I really appreciate them letting me know theoughout the process that my situation was not typical or simple. The house is much better now and their work is guaranteed for two years. Very confident in their work and would call A-1 plumbing again in the future.

Really great service, A1 has done a few repairs in our house over the past few years. Eric was our plumber recently; very friendly, got the job done fast, was very communicative of when he was going to arrive, and was upfront with the cost. Price was reasonable for last minute on a Sunday. Thank you again.

Eric with A1 did a great job on the yearly assessment of all plumbing being very thorough. He also replaced hose to commode and realigned float. Good price, very professional and informative. Happy I have the yearly membership.

We had an outstanding experience with A1 Plumbing, specifically Colton and the receptionist ladies. Colton had to find out the blockage in our crazy 100 year old plumbing and he fixed our drain quickly. The whole crew was extremely professional and handled our awful home warranty company far better than we ever could have. Their customer service and workmanship were top-notch. I won’t use anyone else going forward—A1 Plumbing has earned our trust. Would absolutely give 10 stars if that were an option!

Colton arrived within the scheduled time frame and was professional and friendly. He clearly explained the issue with my leaky pipe and the steps needed to repair it. The work was done efficiently, and I’m very satisfied with the service. I will use A1 Plumbing again in the future and recommend them to family and friends!

We've had A-1 out a few times in the past few years and have been very pleased with them each time.

When our shower and sinks started backing up this week we called them again and were not disappointed. Jose R. came out was great to work with, very professional and friendly. It took a lot of work to find the ultimate problem but Jose worked diligently till he found and fixed it.
