Had an issue with my heat pump.
The technician, Clay diagnosed the cause quickly and checked all other components. Very happy with the service Young's provided. Clay is awesome! Very knowledgeable and great attention to detail.

Had a system check up today through Young's maintenance program. Jacob the technician was outstanding! Great customer service.
He was able to find a potential problem with outdoor unit capacitor. We went ahead and replaced the capacitor as preventive maintenance. Had one on the truck. No service call fee. Discount with the maintenance program.

Young's was the third of three companies I had give me a quote for a new HVAC system. By far the most reasonable price!
Their comfort specialist, Grayson, asked really good questions and helped me feel confident I was getting the right system. Even though replacing an HVAC is very costly, this was a pleasant experience.

It was easy to arrange the appointment. Jason contacted me as he was heading my way so I knew when to expect him. He dug into my leaking faucet and determined it needs replacement. Because he couldn't fix it, I wasn't charged for his visit.
He also checked my replacement selection to ensure it would work.
He evaluated the plumbing set up in the bathroom sinks which are DIY and need p-traps and provided a reasonable estimate for repairs on all of them, including replacing the kitchen faucet. Young also provides a maintenance program for all three services, Plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC which is reasonably priced.

We needed a plumber to install a water softener and filter. Braden came out and did an awesome job! Designed the waterline set up and placed all equipment in the perfect place. Braden you're Professional plumbing technician! Craig B. Touchet, WA

Jahir was really amazing! Super friendly and so helpful!!! As soon as he walked in he knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it!!! Job was completed in a short time and he even followed up with us to make sure we were happy. He truly went above and beyond!!! We highly recommend him and will definitely use him in the future.

Terry and his team did a fantastic job from start to finish. Everyone I interacted with — from the receptionist to the technicians were polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Terry took the time to explain how the process works step by step and answered all of my questions thoroughly.

The team completed the installation efficiently and left the area clean afterward, which I really appreciated. They also handled all the paperwork required for reimbursements, which was a huge relief — that part alone can often be a headache, but they made it easy.

The tec was friendly easy to talk to , explained what he needed to do .

Stan was very friendly and visited twice to make sure the measurements were correct. Regardless, the sink didn’t fit perfectly. The installation team did a poor job with the epoxy as pictured. I had to get them from the van as they were leaving and remind them the work order also included plumbing out the disposal. They seemed disappointed to have to return inside to finish the job and seemed to attempt to place the blame on Stan for not communicating the work order to them. Not very professional, would not recommend as it was the more expensive quote we received.

Carlos was friendly, timely, and very knowledgeable. We will definitely use Total Comfort Solutions in the future.
