Jason Miller came to give us an estimate today on the plumbing issues in our Kitchen. He was very professional, pleasant and knowledgeable about several issues we are having in our home. We will be scheduling a time to make repairs. We also signed up with their maintenance program.

Luis was on time, efficient, and professional. He diagnosed our dryer issue, ordered the part that afternoon, and was back upon receiving the part for installation. We would definitely use Young's again and feel confident recommending them.

We used this company for the first time awhile back because an “electrician” wired our outdoor outlets wrong. When I say wrong I mean dangerously wrong and was fined by the inspector. This company was recommended to us. While out here fixing all the mistakes Luis asked if we wanted to do the annual plan. We decided it was a good deal. They have come out here a couple times for various reasons and we have not had to call them to fix any mistakes as they do it right the first time.

We live out in the country. It’s dark and we get a lot of wildlife roaming through. The cougars and bears being frequent visitors. I have used solar lights previously as I don’t have a lot of outlets outside. We rescued an older dog who is terrified of the dark. She does not like going outside when it’s dark and panics.

We are on the yearly maintenance plan. While they were out here I started asking questions about how difficult it would be to add some lights. Luis was wonderful and explained what lights I would want. He even showed them to me on Amazon. We bought them and they came and installed them in the pouring rain. He didn’t complain. He smiled and was friendly. He didn’t seem bothered with my questions. Very nice man.

The result is my yard now has bright lights. My dog who is afraid of the dark went outside without any complaints. She was calm and didn’t bark. I definitely wish I had done this sooner. I appreciate their hard work and that now my dog feels safe.

I do recommend getting on their yearly maintenance plan. It’s great as they come and check the wiring and make sure everything is working safely and properly. I also get a discount when I need additional help.

Cadman and Brendan were excellent today, they arrived on time, and finished a complicated installation of an on-demand water heater in a basement remodel. They made quick work of challenging access, efficient and professional, kept us aware of developments and cleaned the site before they left in the time frame they estimated. Exceptional service and great communication. My home was built in 1883 and at times I’m unable to do maintenance work myself. I called Young’s to take a look at my water heater and make sure it’s still functioning properly. They were very thorough and explained I’d need a water heater in the next year or so. I appreciate they didn’t push me to replace at that time but were honest and said I had some time before replacing was necessary. Thanks Youngs!

Excellent customer service from Matt, Luis and Carlos. The team installed two new 8ft LED light fixtures in our garage and replaced two bathroom exhaust fans in our home. They were prompt, friendly and professional to work with.

TL;DR -- Young's did an amazing job installing a ductless system in our 117 year old house!

After 25 years of no air conditioning (actually, the house was built in 1908, so technically 117 years!), we finally decided to put in a five room ductless system. We got bids from three local companies. All were fine, but Young's put together the most detailed bid and listened carefully to our needs. All the employees were amazing: Grayson did the estimate; Cadman, Brendan, and Alex did the installation; and Hayden did the start up. All the employees made sure to talk with us so they understood exactly what we wanted, answered all of our questions, and completed the entire installation in under 3 days. They were careful inside the house, and cleaned up so I couldn't even tell any work had been done. I highly recommend Young's!

Jason was so knowledgeable and was able to connect us with multiple pros to help us with the issues in our house. Highly recommend! Suggested alternatives to whole house reverse osmosis filtering system. Offered preventative maintenance solutions for both main house and cottage.

Young's service is excellent! I've had them check my mini split system as well as perform routine maintenance on it. They make it affordable through a small $11 payment every month.

My home was built in 1896 and has never had a kitchen vent hood. I just had them install a new outlet for the kitchen vent and it was done in a timely manner, no mess left over and looks great! I had a couple bids done for the job and Young's beat out others on price. If I need further work done, I will most definitely choose Young's Heating, Cooling and Electric!
