The products used greatly increased the lighting and look of our manufacturing facility. Resound Energy was very professional and efficient at completing the work. Overall we were very pleased.

They do not respond promptly. We had them install three sets of EV stations, and only 1 set worked after they supposedly activated the stations. It is taking months to get them out to fix the issues. If you want 1 out of 3 of your projects to work correctly, I guess use Resound.

Resound Energy Services does the majority of our lighting retrofits for our multifamily properties in the Puget Sound area. They has also help with repairs and installation of car charging stations as well.

I highly recommend Resound Energy. They are a team of professionals that are well organized and do a great job of teamwork to ensure they complete their scope to your satisfaction. I look forward to working with Resound Energy again.

Resound Energy did a great job on our mid-size condo building retrofitting much of our outdated lighting to LED lighting. They did an excellent job all around, were very communicative and had reasonable rates. We had two separate jobs with them from 2018 and 2024 and both jobs were excellent and professional.

Washington Gen did my annual Generac generator maintenance service this week and the guys did a good job very quickly & efficiently. This Generator purchase and install altho not inexpensive does give us piece of mind of having power, heat, lights etc thru outages. The only negative ...is during pwr outages as the generator turns on automatically, also powered are my landscape lights (pwr plugs in garage) and a few of my neighbors have told me & I quote: "We hate you" as they gaze out of their cold, cold home at my beautifully lit up house and landscaping against a very dark backdrop! (They are joking)!

The whole team was such a pleasure to work with. Corey was so patient and answered all questions. Jeremy and his team installed a propane tank and generator in Snohomish for us. It was a blessing to have power during the outages this year. This was a wonderful team to work with.
