Had a 10 KW Generac generator installed after last year's 8 day power outage proved to be too much! While the complete job took a little longer than estimated, in the end everything was done right with all the bells and whistles. Now, we can care less if the region loses power again :-)

We recently had Washington Generators (WG) give an estimate for a Generac stand by generator. The service was excellent from the estimator, Kyle Vanwinkle, who explained the cost, installation process to the installers who were polite and professional. Our new Generac was installed in one day and the monthly self-check gives us peace of mind.

Washington generators installed out whole house generator about a year ago. Installation went great. We had a power outage several days later and it worked seamlessly. Just had our first annual service. We are certainly enjoying the reassurance that the whole house generator provides. Definitely recommend Washington generators.

We just had our annual maintenance completed and just in time for storm season. The tech showed up on time and completed the inspection and corrected a couple of issues to keep our generator running smoothly. We have relied on our generator a few times during extended power outages so we are thankful that we have the extended maintenance plan to keep it running when we need it.

Washington Generator has been wonderful to deal with. From the initial contact through installation, it's been great. I had to call a month or so after installation because I accidentally started the generator when I blew a fuse, and they responded immediately to my panic call to take care of it.
