Justin and his team installed the electrical for our new hot tub in January 2024. They completed the 3 ft trenching and installation of the all the wiring needed for a hard wire hot tub install. The estimate for the work clearly defined what is included and not included in the price with the breakdown of costs including the permit. They were a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend Justin and his team.

I called Justin to disconnect and reconnect a hot tub and install a new subpanel. He was extremely responsive, happily fitting us in on a weekend to have the work done by our desired completion date. He took the time to help trace and fix some issues in our main panel at the same time.

Assuming inspection goes well, he's now my go-to electrician. :D

I called on Sears originally, but after my appointment was delayed multiple times throughout the day, I received a text telling me my appointment was cancelled for the day and rescheduled for four days later (and the diagnostic fee was twice what Justin charged!!!). I canceled them, scheduled Justin, who came one day later, at the scheduled time, and showed up on time again the day after we received the part! We highly recommend JCS Construction!!

I recently call JCS to fix a switch in one of my bathroom. I was helped by Dustin who was thorough professional. He understood the problem, explained it very clearly and then properly fixed it. Whole process of scheduling, getting someone to help was very smooth. Best part is that JCS have an AI enabled automated system to answer their call which works really well.

Justin was an absolute pro at getting our hot tub hooked up. He quoted a 2 day job and it took exactly that, even though he solo’d the entire project. Justin was even able to run a pipe under our concrete for the wiring to pass through, avoiding a trip hazard for our little one.

Justin is fantastic. He’s patient explaining things and taking questions. My only setback was the day of the appointment, his guy never showed—he later said he couldn’t find parking even though we have an attached garage. We had to reschedule to the next day when business was open, which was less than ideal. Overall, Justin also quoted us quite reasonably and openly and allowed us to waive the dispatch fee since he’s local. He’s right in Woodinville if you’re a neighbor!

Nick at Pax Electric is an amazing electrician. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He replaced my old electrical panel with this new updated SquareD electrical panel that includes a surge protector and an Interlock that allows us to connect a generator if the power ever goes out. He also added a sub panel for the addition we did to our house to supply electricity to our new kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Our electrical inspection passed on the first try. It goes to show the quality work Pax Electric stands for. I would highly recommend Pax Electric for any electrical needs you may have.
