These guys have done several jobs for my business so far and they have been great! Quick response times and good pricing, as a GC I'm very happy using them, will continue to do so.

The team came in VERY short notice due to a PSE identified hazard to the condo building. They promptly diagnosed the situation, determined the parts needed and actually sent a crew member to Portland to get the part rather than waiting for shipping, since 3 of 6 units were without power - which is better than the identified fire hazard! They prepped the new panel, and as soon as the key part arrived, installed it to get people back on line.
They worked with the homeowners association key people, with the heart of a teacher, educated them on the how and what to do to get everyone back on line.
They are First class, highly recommend.

Oh and the goomba Shamim that gave the 1 star saying they “do not know what they are doing” - I know him. Ignore is petty rant. His statements are baseless. He is a landlord more concerned about collecting rent than the place burning down.

Maurice was available to come out right away and quickly diagnose an electrical issue in our building. He and his team went above and beyond to properly resolve the issue and get the lights back on. Really appreciate these guys. Thank you!
