Excellent! I cannot rave enough about the service we were provided. Our old home was out of date and in need of some electrical TLC. We contacted THUNDER ELECTRIC to evaluate the needs of the home. Charlie came out and provided an honest assessment. On the day of our upgrades, Evan and Cody provided excellent customer service, troubleshooted problem areas, replaced our electric panel, and installed recessed lighting. Their work was superb and their sense of humor made for a great experience. We would recommend this company to any needing an electrical overhaul and we plan to use them for any future needs.

Needed help fixing a faulty outlet that I couldn't track down and fix myself. They sent somebody the next day showed up on time and fixed the problem very quickly and the bill was very reasonable. Would highly recommend them and will call them next time I need a electrician.

Really great company to work with, they were organized and had all the parts/materials ready at hand so once they started they were able to complete the job smoothly. They arranged for the final electrical inspection provided me updates on when to expect

As the power was out in my rental house I was just dreading how much it might cost to get it fixed. I am SO VERY GLAD I found the Awesome group of people at Thunder Electric. They came over and got the power temporarily restored for the renters and diagnosed the problem. Turns out the service panel, all breakers, and main overhead connect service wires needed replaced. They gave me an estimate for the job which was less than I was expecting. Scheduled the job, got the permit, showed up on time, and finished the job completely before the end of the day and had power restored about an hour earlier than their estimate by 4:00 PM. Really turned out to be a smooth, hassle free experience for all that needed to be done. Very professional from office staff to employees and even the owner came by to see if everything was alright. A serious electrical problem was assessed by one of the Thunder Electric team on Thursday, October 12 on my property. Thunder sent their electrician right away! The problem was quickly determined and I was given contact information for Pacific Power. The electrician marked the area of concern for the PP&L crew who came to make repairs later that evening.
The young electrician from Thunder Electric was efficient, courteous and informative on the problem. He was clear on the safety risk and to get Pacific Power contacted immediately.

I had a problem on a Sunday. Thunder Electric was at my house on two and a half hours. The technician that came was efficient, polite answered my questions, and corrected the problem.

I contacted this company because I wanted to put ceiling fans in to replace some lights. The lady who answered the phone was absolutely amazing. She answered all my questions. If she didn’t know the answer she found the answer. She was super kind but professional. Made this process so much easier. Then the day of my appointment the electrician (Kody) arrived in the time window I was given. He was polite, professional, and thorough. He was not irritated by my questions or curiosity. My new fans look and work great. I will definitely use this company in the future for all electrical needs. Highly recommend.

We have used Thunder Electric twice over the years, once to have the wiring updated in our 100 + year old home, and to find the cause of a dead circuit in our in laws home. They did a great job both times, and we won’t hesitate to call them in the future.

I was looking to a few electrical companies get a new hot tub connected. Thunder Electric answered their phone promptly. Cody came the same day that I called and completed the job in less than a couple of hours. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. I was very impressed with this company and would highly recommend to others!

I’ve called them before and they were great. Recently, I’ve called 3 times and left 2 messages asking for a call back, but nothing from them. Not sure if they’re having phone issues, but I called both on and off-hours. During open times, multiple calls go to voicemail, and no responses to those messages.

I needed a rush job to have a GFCI replaced. A family friend recommended Thunder Electric. I contacted Thunder Electric and spoke with Kara, who was extremely nice and helpful. She was able to dispatch an electrician to come out and replace the the GFCI that same afternoon. Ely was the electrician who handled the job and did excellent work. I would definitely use Thunder Electric again for future electrical work.

Eli showed up to our house and quickly determined what the issue was. He could have left after telling us that this was a power company issue that they needed to fix, but he stayed and helped me explain the problem to the power company. Before he left, he gave me his name and cell phone number in case the power company needed more information about what he diagnosed. I would definitely call Thunder Electric again.
