Rob and his team exceeded my expectations with re-wiring and adding LED lights in my garage, and adding some outdoor outlets. Fair pricing and got the job done quickly. They were all very friendly, timely, and efficient. Highly recommend and will be using them again in the future.

I Had my well pump wiring fail at one of my rentals. I waited for 3 weeks on another company. When I was finally fed up I called rob at castle electric. He and his guys got me squared away the next day!

Our family had a new hot tub delivered to our home a couple days prior to Christmas. I spoke with Rob about installing the electrical hook up for the tub when it arrived. With only a weeks notice, he drove out to our home over the weekend to inspect what needed to be done and despite his busy schedule, managed to get the work completed prior to Christmas so our family could enjoy the new hot tub. They were professional and went out of there way to provide exceptional service. I would highly recommend Castle Pump & Electric!

Rob and his crew from Caste Electric provided excellent service, were friendly and very competitive in price, great communication and fast at the bid and getting the job done. When we added elements to the job, they accomplished those quickly and safely. I would use their service again!

Rob and his crew are a breath of fresh air. I was in the shower and the water slowed to nothing at all. Talk about a had way to start the work day! I called Rob and he had someone there within a few hours who pulled the well pump and electrical and had the new pump in the well the next morning. This company is awesome!!!!!! The best out there. Quality work and customer service is the best. This is the 2nd time I used them for a job. The first time I used them, they were able to pull my well pump when other companies said they couldn't because of obstacles, they made it happen. The 2nd time I called early evening on a friday with a water leak and they got the ball rolling to fix the problem on a weekend!!! Such a great company to work with. Thanks again.

House panel replacement. Rob came over, bid the job, told me what to expect, told me when they’de be there to replace it. Handled all permits, the crew he has was very professional. Took pride in their workmanship, and after, wanted to verify every circuit was working. I am a very picky person, and i picked the right company for the job.

Unfortunately for me, I own an old farm house, with old wiring and buzzing coming from my electrical box. Rob and his team came out and were able to diagnose the problem, with honesty and integrity, and fix only the pieces that needed fixing (my panel needed replaced, but luckily my meter was as up to code). His crew are such polite, kind and trustworthy hardworking young men. While out here working on the panel I was able to show them a switch I needed help with and they worked on that during the same visit as well. They also kindly worked around my dogs, being mindful of closing gates or asking me to move them in or out as needed. Definitely will be calling Castle electric for any future electrical needs.

After getting a few bids, we ultimately decided to use Castle Electric. Their bid was competitive and they were able to get us on the schedule within a week or two. While putting in a ground rod an underground sprinkler was broken. They quickly repaired it and apologized for the mistake even though the pipe was in a sort of unexpected spot. Additionally, we appreciated that Rob always got back to us relatively soon after we called him with questions or any issues.

These guys did us a great service this week! They answered the phone, were quick to accommodate, affordable, and worked with the other companies to get us the best outcome. I would definitely recommend them and will absolutely use their services again if necessary. Thank you to Rob and all the others that helped us out. We appreciate you guys!

Top notch service. I had a control box go bad on me and my well pump would not come on. Joe took the time to stop by after already working all day and replaced my control box. He even went the extra mile to test the amps being pulled by my pump to make sure there were no issues going on with my pump. Joe had me back up and running within a couple hours of calling. I definitely recommend Castle Pump and Electric for all your well needs.

Owner was prompt responding to my call, even he was dealing with a sick son, and being ill himself. He sent associates out the next day. Alex phoned 45 minutes ahead to check in and confirm time. Alex was very quick to start figuring out why my solar gate was not working. Highly recommend Castle Pump and Electric for any work you may need. They were very fast in responding, very fast in diagnosing and repairing, and very friendly, polite and reasonable.

We recently had an emergency outage that left us without heat during winter. Castle diagnosed the problem and had power back on that day. What a relief. Our electrical meter fried and three wires had direct shorts, all of which they fixed. They also replaced our electrical panel a few weeks later, which was recommended by them and past electricians we've dealt with (our panel didn't trip when the short happened). The whole team was quick, communicative, respectful, and had a sense of urgency to help us get power back. When the state inspector came out to look at the panel, he said Castle did an excellent job. I highly recommend them for any sort of electrical work you need done.

Exceptional service from Castle Electric. I reached out regarding an urgent need to replace a meter base at one of my rental properties, and Rob responded almost immediately. He assessed the situation and handled it efficiently. I’ll be turning to Castle Electric for all of my future electrical needs.

Castle electric are Top Notch in my book. They said, they’d call on Tuesday. They did and showed up in 30 minutes even in this frigid weather. Alex and his assistant were friendly, knowledgeable, worked efficiently and cleaned up. This was a small two hour home job and I was treated like it was a big job.
