I had a great experience with Castle. Over the weekend water stopped flowing into our house. Rob and Joel responded to my call and got me on their schedule. While on the phone, Joel even walked me through steps to address the issue so I had water moving again. He came out the next day to fix the issue. I appreciated their prompt responses, transparency, and professionalism.

Big thanks to Joel who was able to make it out for same dsy service. Had my issue fixed withon an hour. Friendly and down to earth and got my irrigation up and going even better than before. Highly recommended.

Our sister had a fallen tree knock down the power lines AND they are doing everything possible to get not only our household but neighboring homes affected by this unprecedented event.

My friend had well a pump problem. After several days and troubleshooting, with no resolution, I was contacted by Joel.
I brought Joel up to date and he talked me through on how to fix the problem myself. It turned out to be an easy fix.
Joel sounded as happy as I was.
I really appreciated Joel's instruction and willingness to guide me through resolving the issue over the phone and at no cost all.
I know there would be some individuals who would have made it a point to show up, make the very easy fix, and charge for the fix.
I highly recommend Castle Electric for your needs.

Excellent service from Rob and his crew. Wanted to have some heaters installed on our patio. They ordered the heaters for me, and the install was quick and smooth. The state electrical inspector came a few days later to check their work, and he said they did an excellent job. Communication was top notch, all interactions were very professional, and I would recommend this business to anyone needing electrical work done.

Castle Pump & Electric installed a new irrigation pump on my property, and I’m seriously impressed with their work. They knew exactly what setup would work best for my land and had everything running in no time. The pressure is perfect for my sprinkler system, and I’ve already noticed how much more efficient everything is. The crew was on time, respectful, and made sure I understood how to operate and maintain the system. Great service from start to finish — I’ll definitely call them again for any future pump needs.

This company does great work. They are easy to contact even after the work is done. I hired them to install electric wall heaters in several rooms of my house. Rob was very professional and upfront with the details of the job requirements. He communicates clearly and completed the job well above my expectations. The cost was more than reasonable and he was able to get the job done sooner than anyone else could even get to it. I have referred him to several of my friends because I know he does first rate work. I’m very thankful there are honest competent contractors like Rob out there who take so much pride in their work. Next time I need electrical work he will be my first and only call.

Had Joel come out to fix well water pressure tank problem. Thought it was bad switch. He came out, without air compressor and faulty new switch. Left for over 2 hours. Came back and installed new switch. This did not fix the problem as the area around the well flooded. Called him and he said it was a different problem that he doesn’t do (locating a leak which requires digging around the well neck)

Castle Electric has great service, it’s not just my opinion but a proven act. Even paid for permit to get our power back on ..They put our needs first, their understanding reflects their EXPERIENCE not just in their field but in customer service and quick response . They are going above and beyond to get us electrical power in our home and making sure not to leave us without power till Monday..with today’s crime rate, we truly are blessed to have them as a choice of call in getting us back on track ..Thank you!! 🙏 100 % recommend

Castle hooked up our new well and ran a brand new circuit. Rob and all the guys were great to work with. They did a great job from start to finish, we would absolutely recommend them for any electrical project.

I hired Rob and his team to do a variety of electrical work to my new home.
They did the following work:
-Replaced an old electrical panel
-Installed a new meter
-Ran power to a sauna
-Installed an EV Charger
-ran Electrical to a hot tub
-fix several light switches/outlets
-Ran power to a garbage disposal
-installed new light fixtures

They are fast, efficient and professional. I am very happy with the work product. They will be called back for future work. They did a great job. I highly recommend them.

The circuit to my refrigerator went out and I called Castle electric around 10:30 and they had Alex over here by noon. Both guys were professional, really nice and really knowledgeable. They had the problem pinpointed and fixed within an hour and pricing was less than what I expected. Plus, they saved ALL the food in my fridge. Honest, great customer service, very affordable and they know what they’re doing.

We had a couple outlets go out in our house, and after trying to repair one myself I found out quick that I wasn’t an electrician . Castle electric was able to get right out and fix our outlets and what I had done for a very reasonable price.They are straightforward about the cost as are they very professional.
