Great experience with Thunder Electric. Daniel was very informative and guided me through the PPL paperwork. Monic and Cara Jo responded to my emails and calls each time. They all answered my many questions and gave me the breakdown of what to expect once I made my choice to have Thunder Electric install power. It was easy to work with such friendly people. Exceptional customer service!

Thunder Electric was the best experience I have had hiring someone to help with work on my house - not just better than previous electricians, but the best overall. They were responsive, quick, and professional in coming to give a bid. Their bid came in literally 7k less than another bid I got for the same work (someone trying to take advantage thinking I didn’t know what I was doing I’m sure). I hired them for electrical work throughout our new house as part of a renovation. Jared was the BEST. He was nice, communicative, hard working, and you can tell he cared about what he was doing in our home. The guys that were helping him were all fantastic. The icing on the cake was they were all just funny and great people to have in our home for the 1.5 days it took them to do the job. If you’re wondering who to hire in Yakima, call Thunder. I feel like this company as a whole has a sense of honor, trustworthiness, and pride in what they do that is hard to find these days. My lights were flickering really bad in my house so I called PP&L and the tech said it was on my end and not theirs and recommended I call Thunder Electric and gave me their number. It was Friday at 9pm so I knew it would be an emergency call and rate but it had to get fixed. The tech with Thunder Electric called me back within 10 min and asked for a picture of my meter and the problem so that he could grab all the correct things before coming to my house he was there within 30 min! Such great service and PP&L was able to hang around to reconnect my power once the problem was fixed. Thunder Electric will always be my go to now for any electrical issues I have personally or at my place of work! The emergency rate was so reasonable and it helped that the tech was working at a fast pace but safely so I felt it was worth the money and I feel like asking for a picture before hand saved time going back to get correct or burnt out parts. I truly felt valued as a customer and he was able to explain to me everything he was doing. 10/10 will recommend to everyone that needs it.

Thunder Electric was great to work with! During a remodel, a couple of switches weren't working properly. Their technician came out, diagnosed the problem, then came back with a co-worker and fixed the problem. They were pleasant and thorough! Their office staff was also very friendly and helpful!

Very accommodating last minute request. Even though short handed, they sent an electrician out at the end of the day to fix a closet light that went out right before a realtor was coming to view our house which is going up for sale. This is the third time I've called Thunder Electric for various issues and have been very impressed with their professionalism and sense of urgency and safety.

I called Thunder Electric about adding an outlet in my spare room. I wasn't sure if it could be done. I had an electrician out in a couple of days. The young man was here promptly on time. Told me a couple of options and the best way to do this. He did the job the same day and did it quickly. He cleaned up everything-even offered to vacuum where he had been working. A very nice and efficient young man.
I was more than pleased.

I was in need of help from an electrician. I picked Thunder Electric from their website. I had an appointment within a few days. The electrician was on time, did a great job of troubleshooting the issue, and explained it all to me. A new thermostat has been ordered and the electrician will be back to install it. I highly recommend Thunder and plan to use them again for any future electrical needs.

Excellent and prompt service. They were able to come to my house on the same day I called for service even though it wasn't an emergency. I had three small issues that needed to be addressed. The technician was professional and friendly. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and explained what he was doing along the way as he addressed the different problems. This is the second time I have used thunder electric, and I've been very happy with them both times.

We are very pleased with the results working with Thunder electric. In particular TJ was great to work with. The addition of ceiling lights and the kitchen electrical work was excellent. We certainly recommend using Thunder Electric for all your electrical needs.

I received a panicked call from a tenant concerned about smelling burning from the GFI in the bathroom. In addition everything was shorting out. I called Thunder and they helped me get someone out immediately. The service was great. The technician was thorough and replaced the GFI and figured out the issue with the power shorting. It was a Pacific Power issue. My tenant works from home and being able to put my tenant at ease and solve the problem quickly was really important. Will definitely use them again.

Cody was quick to diagnose, finished quickly as well! Trouble shoooted, then Had to find a junction box and fix the fried wiring. Informative on reasoning as to why it possibly happened and how to deter it from happening again. Quick response time! 15min response time ! GREAT COMPANY AND MY NEW ELECTRICIAN CODY AS WELL!

I'm a repeat customer, and these folks have earned my loyalty through providing great customer service, doing quality work at a reasonable price. What more can you ask for? Had a Issue with the power to my irrigation pump. I called early morning and they had a tech out by 11. Will was the tech and did a great job and quickly. Office staff was very friendly and helpful. Fair price and good work. Thanks again
