Very disappointed. Servpro came to my house to do the mitigation for my insurance. They broke the countertop, which we may have difficulties to matching another piece in the bathroom. They also took the faucets away, which was unnecessary, they left some parts of the vanity that they took down and needs to be hauled out but most importantly, they are not returning my call to discuss and settle these issues. DO NOT USE SERVPRO
After having a negative interaction with another water mitigation company, I contacted multiple other companies when we had bathtub leak. All Dry was the first to respond. They came out quickly and took care of the moisture we had. We were in the process of selling our house so we needed a detailed report to provide to the buyers and Lee helped us out with that, even coming back later when we needed him to add more information to the report. They are a great family business and I highly recommend them.
Servpro did a great job of cleaning up my basement after a heavy rain flooded it I had 9 large fans and a huge dehumidifier that ran for 3 days to dry things up. They came daily to check for moisture. They respected my property and belongings and were very professional. I highly recommend them. Rick was outstanding as he came daily to check for moisture and even changed his schedule to accommodate mine. I highly recommend Servpro!!
Excellent, friendly, and professional service! Jim and Sean of Blue Dolphin were able to assess our home the same day that we discovered a slab leak. They were incredibly communicative ahead of arriving and friendly and professional throughout the consultation. Will definitely contact Blue Dolphin for any future restoration needs!
Extremely disappointed w/ my experience w/ this business. Back in April our home Insurance sent SERVPRO out to our home to assess an issue. We had the problem fixed by another company. So I was SHOCKED to receive a nearly $600 invoice for equipment. When I called with questions, Heather returned my phone call & when I tried to explain that it may have been a mistake bc we went through our insurance & that $600 was a significant expense for my family she was extremely dismissive, rude, & showed no empathy. The unexpected bill along with terrible customer service from Heather, left a very bad impression and I wouldn’t recommend this company. I suggest looking for a more professional, personable, & affordable company.
A huge thank you to the Rainbow Restoration team for the outstanding job they did after my home suffered severe water damage. They cleaned, demoed the damaged areas, removed unsalvageable items, carefully cleaned and packed all of my belongings, stored everything safely, and returned it all after the renovations were complete. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and care made a difficult situation so much easier. I highly recommend them—100%!
