Our furnace stopped working in Huntington during a cold snap. Alex came out, diagnosed a faulty igniter, and replaced it quickly. He explained maintenance tips to avoid future problems. Extremely professional and fast — much better than past HVAC companies we used.

Alex, Mason, and Brett of NexAir worked nonstop on our AC installation! They were all very nice and very knowledgeable. Respectful and diligent. The new unit works amazing! We are so thankful to have been able to work with such a great company.

Our Hurricane home needed a new furnace installation. Installer Joel and his team handled the entire process — removal, setup, and testing. They were courteous, worked quickly, and left the area clean. Excellent experience.

I needed my drains repiped to relocate my washer upstairs from my basement. The plumbers name was Barney. He did an excellent job and he was very courteous and friendly . I would definitely hire him again and this is the first time I used this company !

We had the BEST Tech Team a customer could ever ask for with Mason and Joel from NexAir. They arrived in the morning around 8am and worked till the new AC system was in placed around 9pm and all connections were completed and done right. I was informed they had to fix a few mistakes that the previous fitting had but that it was all corrected and i wouldn't have any issues with what they did. The checked to make sure everything was running properly and the system was cooling as it should be before leaving
These young men were professional, knowledgeable, and very hard working. They even worked through their lunch hour to make sure it was done in 1 day, so i provided them with Pizza for Dinner.

Franky & Robert didn't just clean the ducts; they took the time to inspect the entire system thoroughly. They caught small details that previous techs had missed and explained exactly what was going on without using confusing jargon. They even cleaned up the work area so well you wouldn't have known they were there. If you want someone who doesn't cut corners and treats your home with respect, ask for Franky and Robert!

Our Chesapeake home had uneven heat distribution. Brett adjusted the duct dampers, checked vent airflow, and explained how to maintain optimal comfort. Warmth is consistent throughout the house now. Very professional and thorough.

I messaged them on Sunday, they came out Monday morning and gave me a recommendation with different options and came out the following day and got me a new ac unit installed in a day. They are very friendly and helpful every step of the way. They also have 0% financing up to 25 months. Franky and Connor and Brandon all came up same day and took care of all the issues. Also installed a new kitchen faucet and recommended I get an outlet installed under the sink so they can install my new disposal. Very happy with their work, very nice guys, and very professionally and neatly done! I like work done NEATLY AND DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME ...
