Alex and Ethan were at my house yesterday. Both very nice and professional young men. They fixed my heat in a very efficient manner and cleaned area up. I would highly recommend them and I plan on using again as needed.

Another company had diagnosed our heat pump and determined we needed a valve replacement or new unit. Valve $2400 new unit $11000 to 16000. Had a second company also agreed with first. Called Forge and Tanner also checked unit and determined it was a fan switch $350. We are so pleased to find a company that is honest and helpful. Great guys and great service. Call them if you need any issues with your systems.

I have been using them for years. They service my home, business as well as my rental unit. Top notch performance, honest, reliable. Tanner and his employees will always make you feel comfortable in whatever options you choose, and treat you like family.

We called Forge to come help with our heat pump that was making weird noises. The tech they sent was named Larry, and he was very helpful. He explained everything to me, which I really appreciated, and he was very respectful and professional. All around a great experience for a stressful situation. If we have any issues in the future, we will definitely be calling Forge. Also the woman who answered the phone (I didn't get her name) was very friendly and helpful! The cost for a maintenance visit was not nearly as bad as I had worried it would be, and the solution was much less expensive than I expected. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for an HVAC company in the Huntington area.

We have mini splits in our house. One of the outdoor units had to be replaced. The manufacturing company of my mini splits were absolutely the most difficult company to work with ever! After all of a sudden done, I finally received a brand new upgraded outdoor unit. Forge had originally come out to diagnose the problem and they came back out to install the new outdoor unit. Larry did a wonderful job hand made sure that everything was nice and neat for us. He is so nice, polite, and a courteous, hard worker. It’s working great Larry.

Then there’s Kelsey! I’m going to say she runs the office, but I’m not really sure. She has been my phone contact. She has been the most patient and kind woman to me. I’m sure there were many times she didn’t want to answer the phone because it might be me again! I can’t thank her enough for her hard work. Thank you, Kelsey. It’s been a pleasure.

My AC quit working in the middle of the hottest few weeks of summer. Forge was the 3rd company that came to look at it and they diagnosed the problem correctly, quickly and at a very reasonable price. The tech was extremely nice and even fixed another issue that I was unaware of at no additional cost. Would definitely recommend to anyone

Fantastic service! A part went out in our HVAC during the summer. We called Forge Heating and Repair and we were diverted to an answering service. It was on a Sunday when we called, I believe, so the woman from the answering service set up an appointment for Monday. To our surprise, the owner, Tanner Clark, called back and stated he could come out that day. I couldn't believe that he would come out on a Sunday. I couldn't recommend this business more. He went above and beyond and my family and I were extremely grateful.

Alex and Ethan from Forge were fantastic. We had called because our heat stopped working and they were there at our house for an appointment within 2 hours of contacting them. So really fast response to get to us. They were quick with figuring out the issue. We now have heat and it’s working perfectly. We highly recommend them!

Forge got here on time and the workers were very polite and knowledgeable about what was gonna happen . They explained everything completely. They worked the whole time they were here I could ask them anything. They wore things over their shoes when they walked through the house. It was a big job but they did great !!!! The outside unit and the inside unit look so good . Really neat and professionally installed.

Tanner and his crew are the best around! Anytime i’ve had an issue at my house or a rental house, Forge is there within no time and haven’t left us without heat/ac for more than 24 hours. They go above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of. I will always recommend Forge!

Forge Heating and Air is AMAZING…these are some of the BEST people I’ve ever had the joy of meeting!! They are very respectful, polite and kind. They definitely know their stuff as well!! You can’t go wrong hiring them for your Heating and Air needs!! We’ve hired them several times and I would HIGHLY recommend them!!

I had been referred to Forge by my cousin and they had done work on their hvac and she couldn’t say enough nice things about them! I called them and they immediately went to work on my situation and told me everything I needed to do. My basement had flooded due to old pipes busting which also caused my very old hvac to break. We had no water and no heat! But they worked so efficiently and worked so great with communicating with me and my insurance company. They made a very scary and stressful situation a lot easier for me to handle as a new home owner! If you need anything done they are your people to call!! Everyone from their dispatcher to their service fellas are kind and just wonderful. The owners of the business are the kindest people as well . He had to come out multiple times bc of the plumbing issues and had to be put on hold bc of plumbing and clean up problems. But once they were safe to go in they were super fast and I’m telling you what this house is warmer than it’s ever been! I’m actually looking forward to seeing how much of a difference these units make! We had both the air units and heating units repaired. So it’s going to be a huge relief

Alex our tech came out and unfortunately had to tell me bad news about my extremely old furnace. However he handle it with perfect professionalism, walking me through every issue that was wrong with it and what steps to take next. The owner, Tanner, was beyond helpful ensuring my issues were addressed and taken care of as soon as physical possible. All around an AMAZING company. Highly suggest using them!!

My furnace stopped working Sunday December 14th 2025. I called and left messages with 2 companies that listed 24 hour service. Tanner from Forge called me back that day and came to my house. He was so kind and knowledgeable. Unfortunately my unit was so old Tanner questioned if it could be repaired. He called me the next day and quoted a price for repair of old unit and new unit. We decided on a new unit. Plus replaced my old a/c unit and gave me a deal on both.
James and his crew showed up the next day at 8:00 took out my old units and replaced with new. The young men were very respectful and kind. They all worked hard that day and James kept me informed about how things were going. They finished around 4:30 and my house was toasty and warm before bedtime.
I highly recommend Forge for professionalism, quality of work and availability. Thank you Tanner, James and crew!

We had a great experience with Forge! I called and they were able to come out the same day, ordered a part and had it installed the next day! It was great! They called and let me know every step of the way what was going on. Alex and Ethan were who responded to our call and they were exceptional. Highly recommend this company and if we need any additional help, they are who I will be calling.

Ethan and Eric were our technicians today and they were amazing. They were knowledgeable of our HVAC issues right away and fixed the issue in exceptional time. During a cold snap in Proctorville, Christian (tech) came to our rescue when our heat pump stopped running. He fixed the capacitor and tested the system thoroughly. Prompt and reliable service that we truly appreciated.

We had NexAir check our furnace in South Point. Alex cleaned the burners, tested airflow, and replaced a faulty thermostat battery. The system is now running perfectly and energy bills are lower.

Alex was great! He repaired my heatpump in pea ridge in no time. He was efficient, kind, and took time to let me know what to look out for in the future.

We scheduled a pre-winter tune-up and the tech was professional from start to finish. He cleaned the system, tested each component, and explained everything in a way we could understand. It’s great peace of mind heading into colder months.
