The technician that came to my home was very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything that he was doing, all the parts that he was replacing and why they had to be replaced. He did all this in a very timely manner, actually coming to my home twice in the same day. I told him that he could come back another time, yet he insisted on completing the work that same day. I find this company very trustworthy, knowledgeable and accommodating. I wish all businesses were like this. I think Variable did a wonderful job and I would not hesitate to recommend then to family and friends. I know that when the time comes, and it will, this is who I would call to work on my heating/ cooling units. I think that if you want a job done correctly, honestly and in a timely manner, Variable Solutions is who you need to contact. Again, thank you!

Eric came on time , was polite and did a great job. He answered my questioned and was easy to deal with. Update. I used Eric again and he came out quick , fixed the problem and was knowledgeable about what he's doing.

Great service! This was the only location that could get to me the same day and I'm so happy they were able to. He explained the prices so well, explained what the problem was so I understood. It was muddy out so he wore those things on his shoes when coming into the house so he didnt track mud in. He was quick and very knowledgeable. I appreciate it so much, will definitely be using them every time I have an AC issue.

The service man was very helpful and nice!
He checked my unit and found that the outside unit needed to be cleaned and he did that. He checked my vents and instructed me how to keep them free of obstacles and he checked my indoor unit to make sure it was working properly! Great guy and superior service! I would welcome him back anytime.

My technician Eric was very knowledgeable friendly and professional. He took time to answer all my questions and explain things to me about the heating system. But most definitely recommend them to friends and family!!

I purchased a new Lennox system from Variable three years ago for about $15,000. When I needed service for a small ductwork repair it took a month to get someone to come look at it. Benji didn’t want to repair my existing ductwork, so instead sold me a repair that cost over $700 and failed in two weeks. They did maintenance on my unit at the time of ductwork repair and my system started pouring so much water that my gas water heater pilot light went out. I sent pictures and told them the unit was making too much water for two more months, but they “couldn’t find a problem” even though their ductwork repair had collapsed from water saturation. Three months later and my entire ductwork system is saturated with water. It will all need replaced and will cost me thousands of dollars, not to mention the unknown foundation damage to my house caused by terrible service, poor quality work, and not listening to me. I’m turning this in to my homeowners insurance and better business bureau.
Editing this because of the bogus response below: they are not sorry and refused to take my calls once the damage became obvious and severe. I reported them to the Attorney General and Benji flat out lied several times in his response. He said he “discovered” the water leak which I told them had caused one section to come apart. He lied and said he stopped contact with me because I was rude - totally not true because he stopped taking my calls after seeing this video. He lied and said the water saturation in my insulation was caused from the water leak he “discovered” when, in fact, that minor pipe break happened in APRIL and was not the cause of the problem. A second HVAC company came out to provide an estimate and stated all the water saturating the insulation was from FAULTY WORK and not creating a good seal in the new run of ductwork and leaving other metal ductwork exposed. The estimate to repair my ductwork begins at $4,500 and I am taking them to small claims court for damages.
Your repair failed and FELL DOWN because of water saturation, you come back out and tie it up, tell me you can’t find a problem? And then LIE about me being rude because I complained about the damage to my home? This is not good business.

Cried $200 + to repair heat pump and worked for a day. Returned and put in a $75 filter and charged $740. What a rip off. Very greedy for money and no conscience for people. If the job was reall $740 the initial $200+ should have been deducted since the technician did not know what the problem was at the beginning.

This was my first experience using Variable Solutions and I was not disappointed. Jared arrived right on time and after providing the service answered all of my questions about my old system and possible replacement. Great work!!!

Fantastic customer service! Technician Jared was on time, friendly, informative and got the job done professionally, quickly and efficiently. Will definitely use this company's services again! Plan to be adding a new ac unit to another property soon and variable comfort will be my go to for this.

From the first call for service and the lady I spoke with, timely response and Jared responding to diagnosis and fix the problem, this experience was TOP NOTCH! Quick to diagnosis the problem, picking up the part, the job was all completed in less than 24 hours. Would highly recommend using this company!!!

Jared arrived on time, was friendly, listened to my concerns about an unusual odor and was quick to check our furnace for issues. He was able to report that our system had no problems and suggested that having the air ducts cleaned could solve the odor issue and improve indoor air quality.
