Had a furnace issue, as always Best Virginia (Justin) quickly responded and fixed the issue, same day. If you don’t use Best Virginia you should.

Jacob, from Best Virginia, just left after completing the semi-annual servicing of our heating and cooling system. This is our second year using Best Virginia (we’ve only been living back in WV since 2023) and I must say that they perform the most thorough and comprehensive servicing I’ve ever had including all previous H&C service companies in other cities we’ve lived. It’s been an exceptionally hot and humid summer, and I’ll tell you that right now all I’m feeling is cool comfort. After completing the servicing, Jacob took his time explaining what he did, how the system was working, and any points of possible concern as the system ages. Very happy to hear there are no immediate concerns. I’m very pleased with Best Virginia, and I believe I’ll continue having them as the heating and cooling provider I use for years to come.

Justin was very professional, courteous and helpful. He was able to quickly determine the issue with my unit not cooling properly and prescribe the proper fix. The part needed was ordered while he was on site, received the next day and follow up appointment for the repair scheduled for the following day. This is the kind of customer service I’ve come to expect from Best Virginia and wish I had with other service companies.

Jacob could not have been more professional, competent or just plain nice! This company sends photos and calls in advance of coming - and makes it timely, so that we were completely comfortable when he arrived. He worked quickly, skillfully and openly to restore our AC motor and restore our home to a comfortable temperature.
Definitely keeping them at the top of our list for any/all AC or Heating work needed. Thank you, Jacob !

My furnace wasn't functioning properly and Justin Landers did an excellent job trouble shooting the issue and found a temp sensor had failed. Unfortunately it has to be ordered and will be replaced tomorrow. Thanks

Justin came and inspected my HVAC systems on 04 Sept 25, as part of the annual home maintenance plan previously purchased with Best Virginia Heating & Cooling. He was very polite and helpful. Justin was thorough in walking me through the steps of his checklists from the beginning. He spent a lot of time checking and cleaning everything, identified items in need of attention. He recommended a piece of equipment for my HVAC system and I ended up buying 2! He was informative but not pushy, I just trusted his suggestions. This is my second dealing with Best Virginia, I am a fan.

Justin arrived during the window that was given. He was a very pleasant and professional. He explained what he had completed and reminded me that my maintenance agreement had expired.

Justin was awesome and got out to the house really quick. We had lost air conditioning over the weekend and he was able to get to me within only a couple hours of me calling. Very pleasant and friendly guy, easy to work with.

From the first call , then dispatch and to the service guy this was the most professional and personal customer service I have ever received in the HVAC industry. They went to my 83 year old aunts house and treated her so kind and explained things until she understood. They provided customer service that I didn’t know still existed.

Jacob was fantastic and thorough and listened to all our concerns. He addressed each one thoughtfully. He was respectful to us and our house and we were informed about every step along the way. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

The guys done an amazing job today. Justin was very professional. He explained everything in detail and went over their findings. The maintenance plan pays to have. While doing their checks on my two units they discovered a bad part on one that would have affected the heat when we needed it. Justin had the part on his truck and issue was repaired. Justin keep up the good work and helping make Best Virginia the company they have become!

Was out of town for a couple of days came home no heat in the house. Jake from best Virginia came out. Got my furnace going again and it didn’t break the bank. He also hooked me up on an annual service plan where they come out twice a year and keep a check on everything for me. If you live anywhere around the Charleston area this is the company you need to reach out to. they’re good honest people.
