Ryan and Connor from the Electrical team came to install a grounding system and some outlet updgrades! they did a wonderful job worked quickly, explained every step of the way what they where doing. Justin from the HVAC team was simply Amazing. He went above an beyond on my visit, walked me though his full inspection, taught me alot about my system and even updated and fixed my thermostat. They have been here 3 times to fix my furnace each time they said it was fixed. Now it's turned colder my furnace still won't work.

Extremely Rude. I called to find out about setting up services for my store in Huntington. He asked me to fax my location address to him and I explained my fax wasn't working and he hung up on me! I can't believe this company is so lazy they can't write down an address or have it emailed to them. Don't even bother calling him unless you have a working fax!

We've worked with this company twice concerning our aging AC unit. Both times, they have been prompt, professional, and courteous. They've quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the same day (or at least ensured it was keeping us cool until the necessary parts arrived.) Highly recommended!

We have used Scott-Sullivan Inc for AC issues twice now with our older unit. First was back in 2020, they came the same day we called and had the issue fixed within a couple hours (only took this long because they had to take a part back to the shop to do something with it). The second instance was this morning. We called them around 7:45am, they made it to our house by 8:45, and they fixed our issue all by 9:30am. They are extremely professional, honest, and the timeliness has been top notch. Pricing has been very reasonable as well. We will continue to use Scott-Sullivan for any of our HVAC needs and highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services.

Great service. I had to continuous issues with my unit over a few weeks period of time. Each time I had an issue they came out and fixed the issue quickly and efficiently each time. The fellas were very nice and explained each issue that was going on. Once the motor was replaced and a new fan was put in I've had no issues since. Highly recommend.
