I was totally satisfied by the service provided by the Best Virginia Tech, Mr. Jacob Roderick. He contacted me by phone and let me know his arrival time. When he arrived He was both professional and polite. He listened to me explain my problem, and then inspected my vac unit inside and then the condenser unit outside. He determined what the problem was, and explained to me how long it would take to get the needed part and the cost of repairs. I fully understood what he told me and agreed to the repairs and the price. I would recommend Best Virginia to anyone needing service for Heating and AC services.

Had the best experience with Best Virginia. Jacob, the technician they sent out, was very knowledgeable and polite. He walked me through everything he found including pictures. Far more thourough than the last vendors I had worked with, and as such will be getting by business moving forward. I whole heartedly recommend them.

Caden Hicks and Austin came out today and replaced parts/ cleaned my HVAC and AC unit…. Sooo knowledgeable, thorough, nice, and gave great recommendations and got it all done quickly. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing an inspection or work on their HVAC or AC units. Very appreciative!

Justin was my technician today and I was extremely impressed with how he handled all the maintenance on my furnace and compressors. He documented everything with pictures and showed me some things to consider replacing. He completed all the work in a very timely manner. He is very well mannered , knowledgeable and wanted to make sure he answered all my concerns. I am requesting that Justin will be my permanent technician from now on, although every one I have had have been great. Christine Adkins
