Have used this company for multiple fixes including water heater installation, HVAC installation, and plumbing. Each technician has been great - on time and fully explained problem and options for fixes.

I needed Ferguson Brothers once again to come out and save my water line from its old copper pinhole leaks. I received a courtesy call to make sure I was home. They arrived quickly and I showed them the problem. Fast, convenient and dependable repairs. I appreciate George and all of the staff at Ferguson Brothers so much. Another great job. Thanks again.

Keith and George are awesome technicians they found a couple of issues with my water heater and fixed them promptly. They cleaned up after they fixed the problem. Ferguson Brothers are great to work with.

Ferguson Brothers has always done a good job for us here at Route 60 Music Co. We used them for a backflow inspection last year and this year. They were here the next day considering these services are considered fill in calls. We appreciate them and their professionalism.

We had a toilet that wasn't flushing correctly. Two problems were involved, the flushing mechanisms as well as the sewer line needed to be flushed out. The technicians arrived exactly when they said they would, they worked on the problem, listening to me carefully, and had it fixed in under an hour. We always trust these guys!

We had a water pipe freeze underground that we could not thaw. We called Ferguson Brothers and Keith and George came out the next day. They figured out how to get enough warmth to the pipe to thaw. As always, they were very pleasant to work with. We have called on Ferguson Brothers many times and will continue to do so.

Sunday night the sewer line was completely stopped up. Called Ferguson Brothers early Monday and they were on site working by 9AM. The old clay tile sewer line was stopped up by tree roots. Keith and George were able to locate the line, dig it up and had the problem diagnosed before lunch. Cleared the line, installed a clean out, backfilled the hole and tested by the time I got home from work. Job site was clean, crew was polite and professional.

They were quick and found the problem in just a few minutes. Very knowledgeable.

Called Custom Heating and Air at 11am. By 2pm I had someone at my house working on my unit. Very quick and professional. The field tech was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

Terrible customer service, the company vans state emergency service but when my warranty company contracted them and even stated emergency service call, they put me off an entire week. Technician comes out and does half of the work he should have, replaced a fuse and said that resolved the issue, but if something more goes on to shut off my unit and call him. Sure enough, there was a bigger issue, but instead of him wanting to resolve it, he told me to call my warranty company and pay them a second service call fee and let someone else handle it within his company. If you ever get a technician with the last name McComas, rest assured he’s not going to be honest. Now I’m having to wait for the control boards and another part for another 2 weeks. Oh, I almost forgot to mention, this company for the second service call I made on Monday, put me off till Friday again. Very dissatisfied, do not recommend, already told my warranty company to drop them after this fiasco gets finished!

The estimator / sales person was quite knowledgeable and the work was done very efficiently - they installed a whole house A/C unit in my attic in just two days. The price was also quite reasonable. HOWEVER, I was NOT pleased with the disaster they left behind. A good chunk of the $700 of new insulation I had added in the attic last winter was compressed and its insulating capacity commensurately ruined. They ran flexible ducting across the attic and pulled the insulation out of the way to install it, but they didn't bother to put any insulation back in its place. It took me weeks to find the rod for hanging clothes in the closet (attic access point). They could have done a much better job of finishing off the work and cleaning up after themselves.

I worked with this company through a warranty claim. The claim was made and they were out the next day to diagnosis my furnace issue, which was the same issue for the third time in three years. They advocated for me that replacing the same part is just a Band-Aid and isn't going to fix it permanently. The warranty company approved a furnace replacement after dragging their feet for as long as they could. Once approved Custom Heating & Cooling LLC got the furnace the next day and was able to install it the following day. The new furnace is a night and day difference. Thank you all so much!

They called me yesterday said tech would be at my house first thing this morning. After 12:00 I hadn't seen anyone. I called the lady said she didn't tell me that. I said u called them u was suppose to check the price for me. Then she said she couldn't find the part I needed. She had no model or serial number for my furnace. I called 1 place and found the part.if I could gove a 0 I would.

I have been relying on Lucas for years for my heating and cooling needs and they have never failed me. They are quick to respond, almost always the same day, and their repair and maintenance people are nice and professional. Scott is the best. Teresa in the office is the sweetest and so efficient. I wouldn’t even think of using anyone else!

This was my first experience with Best Virginia and I am quite impressed. The first tech, Josh, diagnosed the problem in minutes and gave clear options without pressure to choose one over another. Tech Justin worked efficiently to install new equipment. He was thorough in the safety check and showed pictures to document what he found. I would choose them again and highly recommend them.

Justin was the best he came out looked at the unit. Did the full inspection went over all the points of the service. He was also very respectful and very knowledgeable. I requested him as my full-time technician. Also Thank you, best Virginia heating cooling
