Excellent service repair by Tech Alex Ford. Alex located the heating issue with a new heat pump unit installed three months ago by the Home Warranty group. The unit was wired incorrectly and in a short time Alex made the repair. I would rate Forge and Alex a 5.

I had the owner come out to evaluate my home for multiple services. He was very knowledgable and patient with my questions. He even offered to help with a separate issue we had at the house for no charge. We did have some scheduling difficulties but, as a business owner I know humans and weather can be very unpredictable regarding the schedule. We figured out the schedule together and the job was completed. The price was fair and Forge negotiated several prices to accommodate our needs for the project. The owner is a great business owner who honors his quotes and actually shows up to look at the job. Thank you.

Decided to put a unit in my garage mainly for some heat in the winter. Tanner came to the house on Friday and we discussed my options and decided on a mini-split system. Guys showed up on Monday and had my unit in within 5 hours. Cleaned the worksite up and everything looks and works great. I'm happy!

Tanner and the team did a great job, the price was more than reasonable. If I ever need anything else HVAC wise they will be my first call for sure!

Naturally our heat went out in the middle of a very cold spell. Forge Heating installed our unit in the extreme cold and rain. I can honestly say that our house hasn't been this comfortable in several years. Their employees are very thorough and professional. They explained everything and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend them.

It was the 4th of July weekend and my sister in law’s air conditioning went out. They were quick to respond to phone call and were there on Monday to put in a new heat/air system. It was installed in one day. Highly recommend them.

I highly recommend forge heating and cooling for any repairs on ur heat or ac units, they are very fast with appointments. I called yesterday and they was here with them an hour to look at the ac, had to order part but that was quick as well it came in the next day and they was on time to install it, our technician Larry was very polite, quick, and had it fixed with then 45 mins, Larry also showed us what he had to fix. Thank you forgetting for the quick fix and response. Again high recommend them. We have our ac back to working full.

I’ve been dissatisfied with the service from the HVAC company I have been using and was in search of a new one. I had heard good things about Forge and decided to go with them. They provided a much appreciated lunch to a local school where my wife works for teacher appreciation week.
The technician, Larry, just left and my first impression of the work is great. He was thorough and professional. I’ve found my new HVAC company.

Fantastic service. They were at our house within an hour or two of calling. They found the problem and had it fixed as quickly as possible. Any Forge worker we came into contact with was very kind and respectful. We will absolutely use their services again if needed.

They installed my new system about 1 year ago and they did an excellent and professional job. This is my first problem, and the repair was taken care of less than 24 hours after contacting them. Again a very professional job. Will use next time.
