Smart Choice Windows and More just finished our roof, gutters, siding and previously did our windows a few years back. We are beyond happy with how everything turned out. I couldn't be happier with the experience I had with Smart Choice Windows! From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and truly went above and beyond. They came to my home and installed the most incredible windows—soundproof, weatherproof, waterproof, insulated, and made with high-quality tempered glass. The difference is unbelievable—my home is now quieter, cozier, and looks amazing!

It was old, cracked, broken, drafty, very drafty and ugly it now is beautiful and can now enjoy looking out my window again. They were on time in fact they were actually early. I was about 20 mins away they waited for me to get home and got started right away and completed the job timely and cleaned everything up. Thank you Smart Choice.

We had a great experience with Smart Choice Windows to design and install exterior doors. It was a pleasure to work with Ahmad from the start to the end of the project, clear communication, informative, no high pressure sales nonsense, and patient with changes to design/options.

The ProVia steel doors are great as they are made of more robust 20-gauge steel compared to most of the competitors 24-gauge (lower the gauge number, the thicker the steel). The decorative glass turned out quite nice and extremely happy that they offer a color-matching storm door, which blends in seamlessly.

Finally, the installers, Jim and Dave, were great. They showed up on time and diligently got to work. They made sure to reach out during the install with questions about how we wanted certain things. A+ install and cleaned up as if they were never here.

In and out in a day, friendly and polite workers, the work itself looks solid and our home is much warmer from the upgrade.

We completed a siding project with Smart Choice and had a really positive experience.

Estimate: Bob came out to do an estimate and one of the first things he told me was that we "had great gutters!" on the house. He could have tried to sell me $3k of gutters I didn't need but I appreciated his honesty and sticking to what we needed. He had his quote ready in under 10 minutes and hung around to answer our questions with no pressure to make any decisions that day.

Price: The price was on the lower end of my expected range for a large siding project like we had, and I appreciate that Smart Choice uses high quality siding products from Alside. We didn't get nickel and dimed for any extras, special colors or add-ons and there were no surprises.

Work: Gito led the crew here working for 6 days...these guys are meticulous and take pride in their work. Gito gave us some fantastic ideas about modernizing the exterior of our home and brought them to life along with the new siding. The crew even did new exterior lights, shutters, flag holder, mailbox etc.

These guys are pros and I would have to agree with Bob who told us that Gito is "the most talented siding guy in Cleveland!" We were really impressed with their hard work on some hot summer days.

Finished Product: Looks great! We had put off siding for so long, but if we had known how easy Smart Choice would make the process we would have done it sooner. You see a lot of the 'little things' they do add up and you understand why they have a great reputation for quality work.

I need some basement glass block windows and will be happy to use Smart Choice again for that soon. Great company and people.

We had all the windows on our 1950s home replaced. The team was friendly and hardworking and kept the house clean of any debris (while also making sure our pets stayed in the house). Everything went smoothly, with limited disruption to our WFH schedules. The finished product looks incredible!

We were super excited to have 27 windows replaced in our home. During a bid for siding the guy asked us who we were going to use. We gave him the names of the company's. He stated that they were good choices but, he had some windows replaced by Smart Choice and said we wouldn't be disappointed. I must say. He was absolutely correct. 25 of the 27 windows have been installed. The 2 that haven't been replaced yet are special order garden windows (we knew they would require more time to be built) Smart Choice sent out Aaron and his crew. The work done and the efficiency in how it was done was completely amazing. The team was like watching an assembly line but for replacing windows. It blew my mind that they had all 25 windows installed in 1 day. Came back for a 2nd day to caulk and trim out the windows. My wife and I couldn't be happier. Thanks again, you guys knocked it out of the park. Can't wait for the two garden windows to come in.

Before and after pics. Smart Choice replaced our 72 year old front and side entry doors as well as both storm doors. Our experience with Smart Choice was fantastic from beginning to end. Rick came to give us our estimate. He answered all questions thoroughly. He was very personable and didn’t do the whole fake salesman pitch which I loved. Cedric did an amazing job installing our doors and left our property clean and tidy. Everyone we dealt with from Rick to Cedric to the gentleman answering calls were all extremely professional. Joe Marco and Smart Choice Windows and More were extremely helpful with our project needs from start to finish! We explained what we were looking for in expanding the opening between our enclosed patio and family room, and they provided excellent advice and high quality solutions. We are thrilled with the result! Our family room now has much more natural light during the daytime, and our enclosure feels much more like a natural extension of our family room. We now have an enclosure that we use all four seasons thanks to the door recommendations of Joe Marco and Smart Choice Windows and More.

Great job! It was a extremely hot and humid day but that did not slow down your crew. They took great care to protect our furniture and carpets which I was thankful for since we have brand new carpet. Great craftsmanship. One window had a bad lock and within a hour after they left another young man was here replacing it!! Couldn't ask for more!!!!

Last year I had Smart Choice install a side storm door as well as an exterior garage man door. Process went smoothly and the doors are holding up well! Smart choice was also able to work with me on the price and surprised me on what they charged vs competitors that sell/install the exact same thing!

In April 2025, we were referred by friends to get a quote from Smart Choice to replace our garage door. I always get multiple quotes to investigate the company and get a comparable price. Working with Rick was a pleasure; he suggested an insulated door, which was a great choice. The door quality is excellent, providing both sound deadening and weather insulation. The installation was completed in one day. The installer was very professional and found a small dent in one of the panels, which I hadn't noticed. He promptly reported it and returned a week later to replace the panel. I highly recommend using this company!
