I absolutely love my new windows! They have completely transformed the look of my home, making it look so much nicer and more modern. Not only do they look great, but I’ve also noticed a huge difference in how much warmer my house stays now. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free—the team was professional, responsive, and got back to me quickly with any questions I had. The trim color matches my house perfectly, and the attention to detail really shows. I couldn’t be happier with the results!

I had a new French door installed and I love it. The Smart Choice team were all very professional. I am so happy with the door it has enhanced the beauty of my house. The whole process was easy. Kyle and the install team did an amazing job replacing our half moon window. It was a third story and had some rot that needed to be repaired. From the sales process to install, everything was seamless and pricing was fantastic especially considering it was a single window in a tricky location.

I met with Nik today to get a quote for new siding and possibly windows. He answered all of my questions and was post at all. Their 12 month pricing estimate is also a great relief knowing they won't try to pressure you to sign on the line when you meet with them. I highly recommend giving Southern Industries Home Improvement a call!

Mr Dennis Hall was extremely helpful and informative. He answered every question I had regarding my house, my windows and bathroom. He even checked my insulation. In future, when I do make my decisions on making changes to my home, I will be calling Southern Industries, if everyone there is as nice, polite and professional as Mr Hall perfection is at hand. Dennis was exceptional in his thorough presentation. Southern Industrial was the first place we contacted about getting a bath to shower conversion and Dennis explained the whole process from start to finish.

Way over charged my elderly father. Totally took advantage of his senility, and convinced him to sign a contract for $14,000 for a shower that was either fiberglass or plastic!
No granite or marble, just plastic!
It looks beautiful, but shouldn't cost $14,000!
I'm going to report them to APS.

Mr. Dennis Hall was thorough and knowledgeable in explaining the product. I was looking for a simple tub to shower conversion and he did not pressure me at all to look at more expensive items. He was able to show me samples of what I wanted.

Great company and products. The only problem at all is the company needa to tell you up front if their requiring 30% down. My project was a large one and the bank will not pay out till the job is complete. Different loans have different rules but the loan I am doing beat suits me and they will not pay a penny till the job is complete.

William was very friendly, professional, and easy going. He answered all questions and told us things we have never thought of. Although we are not moving forward with this project right now William and Southern will be doing the work with some other projects as well in the future. Thank you.
