Took multiple calls to get them to come look at our property. Called several times for the promised quote which we never received. Gave them one final chance to send a quote and earn our business - they couldn't be bothered to even return our call.

This company is absolutely awful! Grossly overpriced, unreliable and not trustworthy. DO NOT USE THEM!

Tried to get an estimate three months ago just to have them tell me it will take three weeks for someone to come out. But I also had to call after three months of waiting, asking why I didn’t get an estimate just to find out I got missed. A tech finally got a hold of me to set up a time to come out. Which then he also had to call and reschedule multiple times saying he couldn’t make it. He finally came out on a Tuesday to tell me I’ll have my quote Wednesday or Thursday. Thursday came around and I did not get the quote. Then the tech said I’ll have it Monday at the latest and Monday came around and I still did not receive my quote. Now nobody will give me any info or answer my calls or texts.... I lost 3 months of time to work on my yard. Very disappointed, worst experience ever. Don’t know how a business can run like that.

Great experience with the team. Responded promptly to my request for a tree to be trimmed after a winter storm. They performed great work and would use them again.

I saw their yard sign (on a roadway median) advertising tree removal & stump grinding. Noah came out to offer an estimate to remove stumps for my neighbor & I. They were out to grind the stumps sooner than the work date stated. They performed the work beyond our expectation. I will highly recommend them, and plan on using them again in the future.

I got a quote for snow plowing which I signed and sent back on October 2025 our first snow no show. Doesn't respond to texts or phone calls. Don't send a contract if you have no conscious to honor it

Beware of this business. Poor quality of half the work I had done for a $15000 backyard job. I have been blown off repeatedly by the owner Dan when trying to nail down a remedy to the very noticeable and hazardous issues. He has never responded in a timely manner unless it was to collect money...when he finally does respond to my concerns, there's always an excuse as to why he couldn't get back to me or get to my house to discuss the issues. My yard and work is still in the poor shape he left it in since June. Satisfaction is NOT guaranteed with this business!

I had a couple trees with previous storm damage and other yard work. The crew was very meticulous and friendly. The cleanup was great and the price very fair. Thank you RockStar for a job well done .

We do not recommend Rockstar Landscaping for snow removal. When our first snowfall occurred, nobody showed up. We followed up the next day and received confirmation that they would come. We followed up with texts and voicemail messages with Rockstar for the next 4 days with absolutely NO response and NO snow removal. Unacceptable. We have moved on.

Without approving the quote showed up to trim our Birch tree. No call, text or email just showed up. Then their truck broke down with all the branches in a trailer in front of my home and was left overnight.
I called left a message and got no response.
