Good selection of garden plants and accessories. Quick check out even on busy days. Although prices have increased due to the economic issues there are deals to be had. Live goods look like they are being well tended to.

I entered the store there were 3 people and nothing even said anything as if you aren’t there. Number 1 customer service is to greet them and ask them if there is anything you can help them with that is how customers come back to your store. The lady taking care of the plants and two more people totally ignored me (i think they were managers). I commend the lady in the cashier she was very nice and ask me if there is something I am looking for. I will never go back to this store, walking there and getting ignored set my first impression.

Useless service, cashier at outdoor garden center 5pm Sunday 4.14.24 should not be interacting with customers. Told the older gentleman in front of me that was hunting for top soil and asked for help, 'It's down there somewhere ' pointing to the long row of bagged items in the huge lot. So he has to go search on his own. I tried to help him but couldn't locate. . For me, employee actually told me I could lift every bag type I was buying up from the push cart to his window or he could come outside to scan, like the 2nd option was an inconvenience to him. Well...yes, come outside like most garden center check out employees. Why would you even ask that? I'm buying 15 heavy bags of varying types. Why would I lift the bags up for him to scan for his convenience? Needs training or to move to job that doesn't involve customer contact. Terrible front line service in the start of busy the spring garden season. No emotion, no gratefulness to have a customer. Cannot continue to shop here with that experience.

We purchased a tree that was supposedly brand new but it was a floor model. It was never relayed to us it was but they charged us full price for it. We found a name tag of an an associate "Karen" and bag ripped up for it. Refused to give us any compensation due to it being a floor model. I will never be going back to steins ever again and the Store Manager was beyond rude. Avoid at all costs.

BUYERS BEWARE….

Purchased Hydrangeas last year May 2024 and they haven’t even started to grow yet. I dug them up and returned them as they have a 2 year shrub warranty. Worked with Travelle at the service counter who told me that if the plants weren’t on sale like they were when I purchased them I’d have to pay the difference. That makes no sense when there is a 2 year shrub warranty and nowhere in the paperwork they give you does it say that. Travelle called the manager who didn’t even bother to come out to speak with me and the manager told him they would not adjust the price. It’s ridiculous to have a warranty on shrubs and other things but force your customers to pay the difference instead of swapping it out like for like which I did!

So many Summer yard ornaments & colorful lighted displays! I found the neatest things that other stores didn't carry. They have the largest variety of outdoor perennials & annuals to choose from, in my opinion, in the Waukesha area. Trees, plants, & flowers. This store has such beautiful, unique decor, & it's very clean & organized. The employees are very helpful too!

Love this place. They offer a wide variety of home decor and clothing in addition to great thriving plants, nice outdoor decor items, and really friendly, helpful staff.

A great place to visit for garden and landscaping supplies. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They have a huge variety of quality planting pots at great prices. They also have some other fun things like decor, kids toys, etc. I'd say it's definitely worth a visit!

Stein’s on Capitol is my go-to for yard, garden, and seasonal stuff. The selection is big, the layout’s easy to navigate, and everything feels a little more curated than the big box stores. Staff is usually helpful if you catch the right person, and checkout is quick. Great spot for everything from mulch to mums to random holiday décor. Prices can be hit or miss, but the convenience and variety make up for it.

Top Tom Tip: Go early in the season for the best plant selection — and if you see ceramic pots you like, grab them. They disappear fast

All I can say is WOW. I haven't been able to keep up with the over growth in my large back yard. Everything Carolina and Team promised to do and more was done. I am going to have them quote me for a fall clean up as well. Thank you so much- My back doesn't hurt either, job well done .AAAPLUS.!

This business is a joke. We signed a snow plowing contract with them and they came and assessed our driveway and even put the stakes in our yard for the plowing service. The first big snow came and they never came, nor answered their phone or emails. Finally received an incredibly unprofessional email saying they couldn’t plow our driveway 2 days later. Worst customer service and business I’ve ever dealt with. First ever google review and am only writing this so someone else doesn’t go have to go through what we went through.

Inexperienced prep for seeding even after 2nd try.No grass growing after 6 wks of watering and $1,300 charge for nothing! They are also associated with a contact named Great Lakes Landscape in Elm Grove.,

The crew was very professional. The worked very hard taking out old landscape material and dug out all the old stumps. They left the area clean of all plant debris and used their power equipment to blow the surrounding grass areas of any dirt.

I have used this company many times and will continue to do so going forward.

My lawn was covered in weeds after years of neglect from the previous owner. After I unsuccessfully tried to solve the problem myself with big box store weed and feed, I decided to call Brookfield Property Management for help. BPM applied its fertilizer and weed control product, and within two weeks the weeds were gone! I would definitely recommend Brookfield Property Management to anyone looking to improve their lawn.

We needed some tree trimming done and called Brookfield Property Management. They gave me an hourly rate and followed up with a scheduled date to get the job done. The crew showed up on time and proceeded to get get to work right away. They were professional and worked very quickly trimming our trees and clearing the debris. We would use Brookfield Property Management again.

BPM came out this summer and did awesome work on our yard. They put down a stone pathway and a gravel leisure area behind our garage. They also did weed treatment. They were quick professional and a great price. Would recommend to anyone!

I hired brookfield property management to work on our yard in Fox Point. We had shaggy bushes in our plant beds and throughout our yard. Also we had significant weed issues in our plant beds. The plant beds desperately needed to be cleaned out. BPM came over and pruned and shaped the shrubs and made them look much more maintained and properly shaped. They also weeded the plant beds and debris to clean up these areas. When they finished our yard looked much better and we were glad they did the hard work. I would definately recommend them to my friends and neighbors if they are looking for help with their landscape!

These guys are terrible. Last year their plow knocked over an outcropping stone in my retaining wall and they took no accountability for it. I had to spend $500 to hoist it back into place. This year, they ripped out my garden bed edging. I’ve emailed multiple times, left a voicemail, called continuously to talk to someone and no one answers. Terrible customer service

The best landscaping company around! They went above and beyond to do our front and backyard, they took the time to make it look so stunning!! I couldn’t be happier with the results and professionalism they provided. I will highly recommend them and can’t wait to work with them again.
