We've hired Jose with JPro three times now, and each service has exceeded our expectations. Our most recent service was to clean our air ducts and dryer vent in a newly purchased home. Contacting JPro to set up the appointment went smoothly, they had a day that worked with my schedule and provided me an estimate on pricing. Jose let me know when he was on the way and he arrived on time. He is kind and knowledgeable. We've used JPro in the past to clean our carpets and house cleaning. I one hundred percent recommend JPro for your home or business needs.

Jose was so kind, & his work was exceptional. I was highly satisfied, & he exceeded my expectations. He gave my old carpet a face lift, & even removed some embedded blush stains that my daughter accidentally spilled.

Jose was punctual, had great communication throughout the process, and did an excellent job removing pet stains from our brand new off-white carpet. Highly recommend and will be utilizing his services again in the future.

So happy we went with JPro Cleaning Services for carpet cleaning in our new home! Did a fabulous job, and they were able to get the stain out of the carpets in one of the rooms for us. I forgot to include our walk in closet in our original quote, which he included complimentary for us! Overall exceeded my expectations in cost and service! We are planning to have Jose clean our carpets in our apartment as well before we move out. Would recommend!

My carpet is only 3 years old. Wasn't gross or filthy. I usually clean it myself twice a year. So when I saw pictures of your cleaning service, I figured I would get a deeper clean than usual. After it dried it looks the exact same way. 3 rooms and a hallway , done it under 45mins, i should have known. Also it's states you move furniture, nope, you cleaned around it. Lesson learned, wasted money

My company used JaniKing prior to me starting there. in 6 years we went through about as many franchise owners. Cleaners missing tasks(many over and over), lights being left on, outside doors unlocked, bringing toddlers in while cleaning (toddler fell) horrible cleaning, not all contracted tasks being complete, eating our employee's food, not showing, and now learning their administratvie department also lacks. We gave several chances with each franchise owner/cleaner and the company as a whole. I totally understand an occassional poor employee, but this is several, including owners and organization as a whole. I highly suggest looking for cleaners elsewhere.

JaniKing has been doing our janitorial work at Unit Drop Forge for 3 years now. They are professional and do a very nice job cleaning in our office and locker rooms, etc., for a reasonable price. One of the first things that stood out about JaniKing as compared to our former janitorial service was the fact that the stairs going up to HR office (this is out in the shop near the forge department--very dirty/black dust) are yellow. Prior to that I had never known it wasn't gray/black paint.

Our experience with Reyna and Miguel has been top notch. They consistently go above and beyond their regular duties at our center (from notifying us of strangers on the property after hours, to recognizing construction concerns and more). Every instance of communication has been professional and constructive. They have done an amazing job and we are glad to have them.

One scheduled visit to express our expectations with a couple follow up visits to review those expectations and that's it! Their crew come weekly resulting in excellent cleaning and customer service. Any questions are answered quickly. We here at SavATree New Berlin are extremely happy with their service.

We have two wonderful and qualified folks cleaning our building daily. They are professional and great with communication. Whenever I ask for their assistance they are right there to help and assistant. Highly recommend Jani King for office cleaning.
