Team 1 did an amazing job!
It was so nice to come back from out of the town to a clean home! They always do a great job and the app is very convenient!

Update 6/10/25:
I’m so grateful for our Cleaning team at Cleaning Authority! Steven, Josh and Cecilia did such an amazing job today,  they tidied up our dog’s toy mess,  vacuumed, and cleaned our massive basement play area that was added on last minute,  and tidy the kids bathroom and my vanity before cleaning which we hadn’t gotten to tidy ing in time! So appreciated and such a liad off for our family of 8!


Wendy and Ashleigh were great and fun. They tucked some of our boys toys and stuffed animals into their beds. Our boys thought it was awesome. They also cleaned under our couch and removed and wiped down all the “treasures” our boys and the cats had managed to lose.

Great team! The house is spotless. Would recommend to anyone looking for a cleaner on a regular basis.

We have been working with Cleaning Authority ever since my wife went back to work so that we could claw back a bit of our weekend time. The service is excellent, the communication top-notch and the employees have been amazing. A special shout out goes to Myles and Amaya for their excellent work.

We greatly appreciate Daniela, Isabel and Taimi. They pay attention to the small details. They are cheerful, nice and we are always happy to see them. The team has found items we thought were forever lost which is much appreciated. Enjoying that window of a freshly cleaned house is fantastic.

We've been very happy with The Cleaning Authority. They are flexible with our changing schedule and always make sure we are happy with the job. Bella and Tee did a great job for us yesterday.

Lauren & Steva did the best job in the entire time the Cleaning Authority has cleaned for us. The house looked great. From dusting to sparkling bathrooms all was done with great consideration. Kudos to this team who were friendly & open to our desires. Very efficient. Thsnks to them!!

Today Kenan & Lex came to clean. Each is fairly new, 3 & 4 weeks. They worked hard & did a really good job. They are very nice as well. Thank you.

We have been very happy with the Cleaning Authority for years. They make our house shine!

We've only had our 2nd clean with The Cleaning Authority but we are very happy with their scheduling, communication and work in our home. Blossom is a hard worker and excellent with detail. You can tell she genuinely cares about her work and goes above and beyond to make sure all details are taken care of. Highly recommend.
First time meeting Myles and first impression was great.

We’ve really enjoyed having The Cleaning Authority take care of our space. We have a toddler and cats and it’s difficult to manage everything so having the general cleans plus rotating areas of deep cleaning is amazingly helpful. We’ve had a rotation of teams that come in that are mostly consistent in how they approach the work. It takes a huge weight off our shoulders.

Special shout out to Jennifer and Lydia, who were very thorough and left our place extra clean!

We have been using TCA for over a year now to clean our business office bathrooms and kitchen weekly. Jennifer and Lydia do a fantastic job!

I had a one-time clean a little over a month ago and loved them so much, I signed up for a bi-weekly clean. Dependable, courteous, respectful of our belongings and super sweet personalities. Highly recommend!

The Cleaning team's work was well coordinated and efficient. Each person focused on his/her tasks, working quietly. Team members were cordial. It was a pleasure having them do the work and leaving us with a clean house!

Third time and missing somethings like cleaning the windows (glass) inside, cleaning the edge frames. The floor has some shades due to the product I guess. Dust on lamps, little things.

I don't normally write negative reviews, but TCA certainly deserves it. I should have checked out the Yelp reviews before proceeding as they seem to tell a fuller story.

I paid over 550 dollars for a one time, move in deep clean. We had a consultation performed before, where someone came to house and we shared the areas we wanted to focus on.

We paid for up to 5 hours of work, the cleaners chose to only work for under 4 hours, thinking the job was done. The amount of dust, grime, mildew, and sticky stains that were left behind is absolutely preposterous. If I hadn't let the cleaners in myself I would not have known they had come. Worst off, we told them not to worry about cleaning the hardwood floors as we had them just refinished and to not clean the master bed room since we were painting it, despite this they still failed to clean the areas we asked in any decent manner. Additionally, I was not offered a walk through after they cleaned to ensure the job was done adequately.

I get not guaranteeing a one time clean if the amount of work is greater than the amount of hours offered to pay, but for a company to not even utilize all the time given, do an extremely poor job, and then not return your money is stealing.

The pictures I took are pictures after they came and did a "deep clean". I showed them these pictures to demonstrate the biggest, glaring, obvious issues, they took that as me saying that these were the only issues. They were not. They offered to come by and just clean the pictures I took, which is silly. They also then offered to redo the clean, but wanted us to not have any stuff in the way, we had already moved in by that time, not very helpful solutions. Ultimately, they ended up just taking our money.

Unfortunately I will have to file a complaint to the BBB.

We have been using The Cleaning Authority for a handful of months. So far, we've been extremely pleased with the service and communication. Our in-home team is a dream - Jennifer and Lydia are professional, friendly, and thorough. We appreciate that they take pride in their work, never rushing or taking shortcuts. It's what sets them apart! Plus, our dogs are always excited to see them, so we know they are not only excellent at their job, but they are genuinely good people, too.

I had an incredible experience with Joshua, Steven, and Elexis during my recent home cleaning. They were professional, efficient, and so detail-oriented. Every corner of my home feels spotless and refreshed — they went above and beyond what I expected.

We also had Morgan and Claire on a recent cleaning and they were exceptional! Very friendly and for our house is now so clean for the holidays! What a great duo!

This is our fourth cleaning with TCA and honestly it’s the highlight of my month when they are on the schedule. With two full time working parents, small kids, and a dog-things get out of hand fast around here. Worth. Every. Penny. The cleaning teams are kind people and we are always impressed with the space when they are finished. I wish we had started this service sooner. If you’re on the fence, just do it. Take the time back with your family. It’s so worth it.
