Best prices in town but unfortunately, their customer service and white glove treatment is now non existent. Used to spent over an hour opening and closing our pool while verifying everything and going over it with you. This year, they spent 20 minutes opening it, accused me of losing a couple of things, forgot to check a few things and left garbage in my backyard; including leaving a near empty bottle of metal out under my cover. Used to gladly tip Mo and his crew for their attention to detail but now I am looking elsewhere.

Edit: Was a 3/5, changed it to 1/5 due to the owner threatening to "take me to court" for this if I didn't take my review down.

We have an indoor in ground pool that had a leak that a previous company attempted to fix after multiple times that failed. Contacted this company and received quick service who were able to figure out the cause. Also easy to get in contact with! Very professional! Highly recommend!

I have been using these guys to open and close my pool and make repairs as needed for a couple yrs now. Always been a good experience. They have saved me from expensive repairs by catching small problems before they got big, and implemented steps to run my system more efficiently.

Communication was great and followed through with service. Prompt and professional. We had a large leak in an above ground pool that I was unable to locate. The patch worked great. We found that we still had water leaking and thought it was maybe the patch that he installed. However, we had another leak and he came out to find the leak. Wish I called years ago to help. If you are in need of pool help, this is your guy.

These guys do a great job. They clean and help us maintain our pool weekly. Rates are reasonable and they are super dependable. Luckily, they don’t mind me calling with questions/concerns midway through the week. 👍. They also replaced our sand filter (and gave us a 10% discount) which helped a bunch.

When no one else would help Mo answered the call and got the job done.
I recently purchased a home with a inground pool. The return line was bypassed with a pvc pipe running over the concrete. I had another leak detection company come out and test the line. They said there are no leaks, but they wouldn't be able to hook the lines back up. So, I spoke with the company that has opened and closed the pool years prior. They said the line had a leak or was calapsed, but they didn't have the equipment to find out which one. After calling multiple pool services and plumbers no one had the equipment or wanted to touch it.
Luckily! Mo at Sonoran returned my call. He came out with the right equipment found the problem and fixed it. I can't thank him enough and highly recommend him for all your pool services.

I called Sonoran Pool Services to close my pool for the season. It is the first time having to close a pool, being that I am from the CA desert. They are very reasonably priced and were very helpful in explaining the whole process to me and in answering any questions I had. They also informed me as to things I should look out for (some faulty parts) when I open the pool, but did not push any sales on me, quite the opposite in fact. Our pool closing materials are ancient and made the process more arduous for them, but they worked diligently and remained friendly and informative throughout. I highly recommend this company for your pool services.

When I bought a house with a pool I wondered what the heck am I going to do now? I’ve never had a pool! I don’t even know anyone with a pool! Luckily enough the previous owners left a magnet for Sonoran on the fridge! I called Moe and he explained everything in detail on what I need to do - from that day forward Moe has been here for weekly maintenance and the opening and closing of the pool. Sonoran Pool Services Are excellent! I manage a window and pressure cleaning business, we had to pressure wash around a in ground pool and a little bit of debri worked its way under the pool cover into our clients pool and they were having a weeding the next day. I needed the pool cleaned FAST! I called Sonoran Pool services and explained my situation to them and even though they were booked, they got our client in the schedule and went above and beyond for us to take care of them. This company is very professional and accommodating.
