Sonoran Pools is fantastic. Two years ago i purchased a home with an inground pool that was built in 2006. This was the first pool i have owned, and i was a little clueless. Moe has been great with educating me on pool maintenance, and is helping us to keep our very old mechanicals working. This year, due to a problem which developed over the winter, i thought i was going to need to replace all the mechanicals. Thankfully Moe was able to repair the problem and buy us another year. I highly recommend this company for opening / closings and maintenance.

Moe and Sonoran are simply amazing! Moe is so friendly and accommodating. He is always available for any questions, and does an amazing job of opening AND closing our pool in a prompt and affordable professional manner. We purchased our home with an in-ground pool, and after speaking with several pool services…Moe was very helpful, and we have been using him for opening and closing our pool ever since. We will always be using Moe and Sonoran. Do bother with anyone else! Highly recommended!

Moe and Sonoran Pool services is my go to contact for anything pool related! Very responsive and quick to provide a solution. We had a split pipe from our pool skimmer to the pump and Moe provided a leak detection service and pipe repair within 6 days of initial contact.

We also use Moe for opening/
closing the pool each season. Sonoran Pool Service is very easy to work with always around for random pool questions or concerns I have.

We recently purchased a house with an in-ground pool, but had no previous experience with pool upkeep and maintenance. We hired Sonoran Pool Services and couldn’t be happier with our choice. They are professional, thorough, and courteous. Mo went above and beyond helping us sort out an initial problem and has been consistently dependable and responsive throughout the summer. His weekly service plan is very reasonable and has assured us great swimming conditions with very little work on our end. We are definitely going to continue with Sonoran in the future. Highly recommended!

We purchased a house with an in ground pool that was not working and after contacting many pool service companies, Moe was finally the first person to respond/come out and I’m so happy he did! He was able to fix the issues with the pool and even had to dig up old pipes, fix the concrete and install all new pool equipment, and the repair went very smooth and fast. We’ve been using Moe for closing/opening the pool and he’s been so great teaching us how to maintain the pool ourselves to save some money. I would definitely recommend using Sonoran Pool Services!

PLEASE call Sonoran if you have any challenges with your pool or even for service and maintenance!!! Noah and Moe came out today and figured out a leak that was causing 4” of water loss a day that three other companies couldn’t figure out…it ended up being a broken light and an easy fix to patch. They really know their stuff and I will never go to anyone else again!! Thank you guys!

Moe was awesome. We called multiple places with an issue we needed resolved asap and had no luck. Moe was able to come out same day, prices were super reasonable, and he did an excellent job not only on the work but being transparent around what’s actually necessary which was so refreshing since a lot of times people will try to upsell you. If you need any type of pool service look no further!

Had an amazing experience with Mo!
As a first-time pool owner, I had tons of questions and Mo answered every single one with patience and expertise. He was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and made me feel confident about maintaining my pool. I’ve tried other companies before, but none compare—I’ll definitely be sticking with Mo for all my pool needs. Highly recommend!

Mo always answers his phone. The company has proved reliable . His employees are very nice and professional. I was a new customer and they came right over in a day maybe two. I bought a house and didn't have the pool inspected. (Bad idea) they set things straight for me and made the pool reliable. Even did 2 tough leaks. I'd recommend them for sure. Other guys kept saying they would stop by on the way home and never did. Most wouldn't answer the phone. I understand summer is busy and everyone wants it now but the people I did get ahold of seemed grouchy really weren't interested in new work or whatever but Mo made time for our pool. He's good at what he does

I hired them to empty, clean, and balance my hottub. They claimed the work was done, but the tub was still refilling and to pull the hose when it was done in about 15 minutes. They claimed they balanced the chemicals, but you can't do that until it's full and at least 80 degrees. They seemed like they were in a hurry so I paid and let them go. When I checked the hottub 20 minutes later, it still wasn't full AND the power was off. My husband and I checked it later that night and could not get it to turn on again. We called Sonoran and told them we were having issues and they responded aggressively immediately. "I dont know what would cause that, hottub was running when we left." I hadn't accused them of anything. I asked if they would come take a look at it and they immediately replied that it would be another trip charge if we really wanted them to come out, but they don't know what could be wrong. We had another company take look and confirmed it's the pump that fried, almost certainly because it was run dry. I called Sonoran and kindly informed them what we found and they were aggressive and rude with me immediately claiming no fault. So, I'm pretty convinced it's their fault now. Don't hire these people. They don't know what their doing or how to fix it when they break your equipment. If they had an ounce of customer service we'd have ended up paying them for the repair and been none the wiser. Glad we didn't.

I would like to give more than 5 stars for the crew that worked at my parent’s home after the flooding in the area. After getting a quote from another pool company that stated they needed a new liner, Sonoran Pools assessed the situation and fixed the liner in a couple of hours. they were absolutely amazing and the pool is up and running again!!! Thank you again for the great communication and absolutely fantastic service. Pictures are the after flooding and then two days later of the awesome repair work!!

Awful service and worse management and owner. I paid them $1,190 to do some carpets and a kitchen floor in my small cape cod home. They rushed through and were gone in less than 1.5 hours. They did not move the small nightstands or dressers even though I had everything removed for them. Basically did two strokes with the carpet cleaner in two small rooms and were done. The kitchen floor which they charged over $600 to clean and seal the tiles and grouting was never done. I called and she manager just kept saying she had to talk with the crew, never called back. Very unprofessional on the phone. It was like talking with a teenager. Owner only responded because he knows I have his staff on video. His resolution was to re-do what they should have done and charge me another $450! He said that was a $540 discount-what a scam artist! I am a business owner myself and have given them many referrals for my elderly clients over the years but never again. I am writing to warn others to stay away form this place. It starts at the top, and this owner is a scammer.

Luz and Noemi went above and beyond with our cleaning today! Everything looks exceptional and we are looking forward to having them back next month.

Instead of our usual Team 4 today, we had Ashley and Amya, a new team. Both young ladies were very energetic, working constantly, even while chatting with me briefly. They were very congenial. Cleaning Authority should be proud to employ them.

So glad we opted to hire The Cleaning Authority! They are thorough and responsive .

So incredibly disappointed. Feel like I got totally scammed. Paid $400 for a deep clean and had a film of dust over everything when they left. Have to redo it all myself. Asked specifically for a deep clean of the kitchen and have the top of my refrigerator and backsplash completely covered in dust not ever touched. Asked them to be very careful and not touch the hardwood floors and have steaks all up and down them. The quality checks are a joke. It lasts 30 seconds and doesn’t give you any time to look. Do not go here, you’ll get scammed like I did. Much better and more affordable options in the area.

Friendly people and excellent service. And being OCD, well I’m not easy to please — but they certainly did!

Everyone at the Cleaning Authority was SO helpful, friendly, and attentive. From the initial consult with Sarah to the actual cleaning completed by Josh and Steven (who are incredible!), I couldn't be happier with the experience and results. Josh and Steven are personable, efficient, and thorough, and you can tell they truly take pride in their work. We'll definitely be utilizing their services again. Highly recommend!!
