Very friendly and efficient service. I had a special request for a cleaning and they were able to accommodate me at a reasonable price. I had trouble with another company around town before contacting Jpro and needless to say they were SO much more responsive and responsible.

I had pretty dark heavy stains on my carpet in the living room, I have a 10 month old who crawl’s and licks everything and that carpet scared me with her on it. I am so happy and super satisfied with the service!!!! 10 out of 10 highly recommended company

Jose always does an outstanding job at cleaning our carpets. We have several animals which leave spots all over our rugs. Our carpet is 30 yrs old and we want to wait to get new carpets when we down size. Jose is a miracle worker on the rugs-they look clean and fresh and smell good. I loved that I got a text when he was on his way over to give me time to do any last minute things. i have 2 large labs and live in a small apartment located on a higher floor. It is a bit complicated with parking and gaining access to the building but we made things work out. He was patient despite the complications of getting started. We left him to his own to keep out of the way (dogs and all(. He did a great job cleaning the place for us. I am grateful he was willing to accommodate the complex of this apartment.

I called JPRO Cleaning Services at 10am Saturday morning hoping for an appointment during the week. I have white carpet with 2 cats, 2 dogs, and am in the landscaping business. You can imagine the dirt and pet hair that comes with all of this. It so happened there was a cancellation so he was here by 11:30am and out by 12:30pm. I have never been so impressed with the work that done here. All of the stains were removed and the house smells amazing because of the deodorizer that was used to get rid of the pet smell. I will definitely be calling to have this done on a regular basis. I wish I could post the wonderful after pictures here to show what an amazing job that was done here.
