Honest and good work, our carpet is old and it looks fabulous after Jose cleaned it. We are very pleased. Second time he’s cleaned our carpet. We will use him every time.

Jose did a great job! He is friendly, conscientious, professional, and really seems to care. He used a special light to find and treat any pet stains. We had 4 rooms, hallway and stairs done and the carpets look great. The price is very reasonable too. I would use this service again!

I hired several carpet cleaning companies when I bought my home in 2018 and JPro was hands down, the best of all the ones I've tried. Straight forward pricing, excellent work, no attempts to upsell once they're here. Jose came in 2018 and he was the same person who came in 2024. HIGHLY recommend JPro, I won't use anyone else.

We have used Jose twice now and he always does an excellent job! He takes care in making sure communication is clear and that his work is solid. He always leaves our home smelling so good!! He is our carpet cleaning guy for life.

Jose did an awesome job on our carpeting! It smelled and looked 100 times better when he was done and he was quick and efficient and very polite. I will definitely hire him back again in the future.

Was suppose to come 12:00pm-1:00pm but arrived at 3:00pm. He texted my phone at 1:02 to confirm appt and i replied back at 1:13 “yes” so when i called him at 1:43 to see what was going on he says he took another job because I hadn't replied when I had just like 10 minutes after he texted me. I do notice a spot or two or the carpet that if he’d moved the chair he would have seen. So i thought it was just a spot behind the chair(which by the way is not heavy at all) but where i thought was dark because of being wet is actually dark because it was -not cleaned at all. So his reply says reach out if i have any concerns after it dries. So i called Jose(the owner) and he tells me he doesn’t move any furniture and that i signed off on the job and he did NOT say he would come back to clean the spot.

I give JPro Cleaning Services at five star. The communication was great, fast service, and a really great job. This is my first time using this service and he did excellent. I definitely will be booking his services again. Thank you for your services.

Jose was my technician and he did a thorough and outstanding job. I had 2 rooms of carpet cleaned. Also, a sofa and loveseat. Outstanding work, I'll use them again.
