Every since getting our new cleaners, I have appreciated the open communication between Miguel and his cleaning staff/crew. I also appreciate how any concerns that we have had they have addressed it and made the necessary corrections right away!

All the people we work with from the office to the cleaning crew are helpful and very responsive. We couldn't be happier with the great job Maria and Martin do cleaning our large facility bi-weekly. The occasional random extra effort is greatly appreciated. We are 100% satisfied with them!

The woman (sorry I can't remember her name) in the house plant section was so helpful, knowledgeable, and provided me with a list of safe household plants for my pet.

This place is note than a garden store. I didn't know they sold clothes, and decorative home items, and soda pop! And greeting cards!

Love going there so close to fall . 🎃Halloween. Cashier was very knowledgeable about the spray I brought .

They have a good selection of Xmas trees and quick service for cutting the lower branches and trunk so it fits in a tree stand. Overall experience was great.

Liked the volume of variety however almost everything made overseas. I did purchase 2 pots made in USA from plastic found in ocean.

They really carry a great selection of different things, they had some summer seasonal things on clearance. But overall, sorry to say it, they are just too high priced.

I called concerning sod. I was told the dimensions thkfully, although all other questions about when and where were answered with,"I not sure." I was then told to try menards! Wow! Guess who isn't commercing at Steins. Not alone though. Almost all the others I called sounded the same. Minors is the only location to have answer, although they sounded as thought they were giving me their best guess.

Went today for a Garland and wreath for mantle.Found just what I wanted. Staff was very helpful in getting items down from high location.

Great selection of artificial Christmas trees. We got one and my wife is a happy camper.

I found the garden soil that I was looking and I was happy to see that it was on sale a few dollars off each bag. I was very unhappy to find that when I looked at the receipt, the sale price wasn't given to me.

Beautiful store.....such a courteous and helpful young lady at the checkout. Every store should have a cashier like her!

They have alot of nice summer things for flowers, summer wreaths, and they are nicely keeping the store showing a clean exhibit.

Super helpful. Bought a beautiful tree for 60.00. Great assortment of trees starting at 30 going to 100. The workers are helpful and very nice.

Stopped in nice selection of mums, 3 for 28,also small trees were 30 to 50% off with a 2yr warranty.

Asking 2 young workers (cashiers) for assistance 06/26 and they didn't want to look up a product availability at all. The first time I visited it was older workers there which were helpful and knowledgeable!

Great selection for almost all garden, grass and yard needs, ran out of hoses during early- mid summer, so call and reserve before stopping to see if it's in-stock if you're looking for a specific item.

Always find what you need AND THEN SOME. The plants are hearty, nothing is over priced. They are LOCAL not a huge conglomerate so your helping your neighbors not some bigwig in Barbados living on a beach or something.

Good place to go for a little above average material. Decent prices. Usually organized and uncluttered. Dinner time on Friday is a GREAT time to go if you don't like crowds.
