Kinda messy. Products need pruning looks half dead. Pricey. Not what Steins used to be at all. Home Depot has way better selections and prices.

I took back $19.00 worth of vegetable & potatoe vine that died with in the 7 day return policy with receipt. Lady at the register have me a hard time saying they died of frostbite. I had them in a patio room where the temperature never gets below 60 degrees. She called the manager & he told her to give me a in-store credit. I thought she was rude for making accusations that were not true.

Fair anount of selection, generally reasonable prices. Helpful and pleasant staff. Lovely poinsettias and found a nice rain gauge as a gift.

Hit-or-miss on advertised specials being in stock. Good value on smaller packs of diy plants, but planters & hanging pots overpriced and not nearly as nice as similarly priced ones I've seen elsewhere.

Just a note to say Thank You to Kimberly the Manager for taking care of an issue I had with some potting soil. She didn't hesitate to put their customer first which is why Stein's Garden Center has been a staple in our community for so long. I am proud to be a long-time Garden Member!

Knowledgeable and helpful staff. A staff member went to get me soil (I'm disabled), put it on my cart, then waited for me to check out so that he could bring it to my car. He also went and found me a couple of boxes for my flowers, which I didn't think to ask for. He went above and beyond!

Said required masks via sign on door, but not enforced inside. One of the best outdoor centers for this store in the area - WAY bigger than the falls - lots of selection and had every checkout line opened and staffed.

My wife and I purchased an artifical Christmas tree here last year. Very happy with it. When we stored it away we promptly misplaced the remote. Of course, the setting we left it on was blinking, just enough to drive one to distraction. I called and spoke with Allison, on off chance the store had a replacement remote for this particular model of tree. Allison called around and located one at Stein's head offfice! She had them drop it off at the store and, two days after my call, I had soothing steady lights and a happy wife. That's great follow-up customer service. Thanks, Allison!

I can't stand this store! No one that works there helps you at all! I've bought several indoor plants on separate occasions and not one person has ever helped me. I bought them like an idiot thinking I could rely on the tags and guess what?! Price stickers cover the directions and then wipe them off when you try to remove them. How are you supposed to do that? The cashiers have always been extremely rude too. I'll never shop at Steins again! Terrible service.

Stock was looking worse for wear, and VERY limited selection. It was 11am and EVERYTHING was thoroughly wilted and dry. I ended up buying a couple flats of impatiens, and using bottled water in my car to water them before loading them up. Not sure if Co-vid is playing a roll here, but was the worst I’ve ever seen at this store. Had lots to buy, went home with just impatiens.

They have nice plants and cute gifts, but EVERYTHING I looked at for a gift or decor was Made in China. 😔 In my most recent trip, I needed to use the restroom badly but it was closed to customers due to Covid. 😒 I'm 7 months pregnant, so that was very very disappointing. To top it off, I wanted to make a purchase (now crossing my legs and praying I don't embarrass myself) and the cashier had to walk away to find a manager for a price check!!! Needless to say I waddled out of there empty-handed. Again, a very disappointing shopping experience. 😔😔😔

Went to Steins to pick out a Christmas tree. There was an employee outside that was very helpful and showed me some of the good trees left. We did get a tree and he also helped put it in my car. Checkout was fast and smooth. Wonderful experience. Thanks Steins.

They had the new flowers and outdoor items nicely laid out. We picked up some marble stone bags. Easy, quick checkout outside. Will definitely come again!

I have built my garden for 45+ years from their plantsI

I just wish they would put some plants on clearance, when more than half the season was done. All the remaining plans are same price they have always been. No deals at all. Normally , by this tine who work there are many past their prime plants to buy. I have always used these to fill in holes in the garden. In the fall, I look forward to the clearance on perennials, but there aren’t enough plants in the yard to have anything like that. I know the pandemic has taken it’s toll on all the way things have gone in the past. I know supply chains have been adversely effected for everything. I only hope that things return to normal.

This is the best Steins. I go to other Steins in my area and this one always has the best plants.
And also the best clerks. Esp Shared C who was the cashier a few days ago when I went in. He was so nice to me and I really appreciated that.

Nice plants. Went back to get some herbs I saw a few days ago but they were out of several. Better prices and quality than what I saw at Lowe's.

For me this is a seasonal nursery for a wide selection of plants, garden supplies and tools. Yes, they are a bit pricey. But if you're looking for something that your local garden shop or roadside hoop house doesn't carry, most likely Steins will have it. I have purchased many annuals and perennials over the years. They have a wide variety of home décor inside but that never interests me so I can't really comment on that. The lines are usually long so prepare yourself for a wait - this isn't a place where you can get in and out quickly, but if you enjoy gardening and flowers then the check out wait time is tolerable. Its a long winter, enjoy the garden season. I took one star off because their prices are a bit high.

A favorite place to shop for plants and gardening supplies. I've also found some of the cutest home decor. The staff is absolutely wonderful. Friendly and knowledgeable. The quality of plants are top notch. I always leave happy with my purchases.

Great customer service this week. Online records showed inventory of a light jar and I called to be sure it was accurate. They were unable to locate on Sunday and called back to say it was found. They were able to hold till Wednesday for pickup.
Found a couple ornaments which were wrapped at cash stand in tissue and was able to quickly add to partially assembled gift bags.
Thank you for all your help.
