The TCA team cleaned our bathrooms today and did a great job. Malaya and Cecilia were very thorough and even touched up a few spots based on our feedback. They were very courteous and polite during the cleaning

Very happy with the whole process, the initial planning session, the quality surveys, the rotating deep cleans. They respond to complaints very quickly and effectively. Our cleaning team, Alex and Tina are incredible! They work very hard to make our house shine and are great at working around kids/dogs :)

Isabel and Ruben have taken such good care of our home over the past years. They are always cheerful, friendly and without a doubt a wonderful cleaning team. The Cleaning Authority have been cleaning our store for months now and we could not be happier. These past couple of weeks, Jennifer (who has been seeing us for a while now) and Lydia have been especially kind, efficient, and professional.

I always love when Steven, Josh and crew are here! They are always so professional, but also kind and personable. Their attention to detail is unmatched and everything is always perfect!

Cleaning Authority has been a life saver for my family for not only maintenance cleaning but also for deep cleaning tasks like dusting the baseboards, wiping the windowsills, and scrubbing the floors. Josef, Keely, Jake, Tristian, and Whitney are always a pleasure to have — they are extremely respectful of our cats and us working from home, and they always do a wonderful job. I highly recommend our cleaning team and the company as a whole!

I would not recommend this cleaning service to anyone I know and care about. As new homeowners, we’ve had the pleasure of hiring various companies to assist with our home projects. Unfortunately, our experience with The Cleaning Authority was profoundly disappointing. They failed to deliver the promised cleaning services and did not remedy the situation, despite being given a second chance. It would be unreasonable to extend ourselves a third time.

It honestly feels like this company has taken $580 from us, adding unnecessary stress during an already challenging time. We would have been happy to part with $580, plus a tip, if the company had delivered on what we hired them to do. That’s why we sought the service in the first place. This expense seemed worth it to ease some of the burden that comes with moving. In hindsight, it would have been far better for our mental health to handle the cleaning ourselves rather than deal with this company.

Additionally, the last email (shown in the attached photos) was never responded to, and it has now been over two weeks without any communication. Their likely response, claiming that “this clean was not guaranteed,” seems to be an excuse to take payment without delivering services. This includes not fulfilling the terms outlined in our contract, such as conducting a walk-through and providing the basic services promised in their move-in ready clean.

Based on previous responses to negative reviews, I would not be surprised if the owner makes a remark about the frustration in my communication with the company. In fact, the company went as far as to pit my partner’s and my own communication against each other, attempting to gaslight me into believing my partner thought the cleaning was sufficient. I was, however, sitting next to him when he made the follow-up calls, clearly expressing his disappointment and noting that a final walk-through was never offered.

So far I have had two cleanings and the difference between the two teams was night and day. First one was amazing and the second looked almost untouched.

Jake and Tristan do a great job in cleaning our house. They have been cleaning it for several months now and we like the job they do. They are friendly and listen and respond to any requests that we have. Thank you!!

This company has genuinely delighted us. Their work is exactly as promised, a thorough list of focus each week with a great rotation of cleaning. We have had a few teams come and all of them have been excellent. Rosa and Diamond are the go to team and support us most commonly. They are truly professional with high quality work. Led by Lexi who always quality controls and chips in to help her teams, too. The customer served team is responsive and engaged. Really happy.

I recently rescheduled my appointment, which, as always, they were very accommodating, for a celebration of life for my husband. And that Morning everything felt like it was going wrong. I told them they only had a couple rooms to do, but they said no.. Let's see what we can do. They saved me. That's what their staff does. You should call them...great company.

My cleaning with Lex n Lilly was very good. Lex did a good job with my bathroom and she did an excellent job 👏 cleaning my kitchen, it was the best cleaning I've had in awhile. Also, Lilly actually lifted up my items and dusted underneath and did a very good job with vacuuming. I'm very pleased with this team. Kudos!!! 🤗🎉

TCA has been cleaning our homes for over 20 years. We highly recommend them.

I love my cleaning teams!! They are always accomodating, professional, and very conscientious of my napping kiddos! Special shout out to team 17 (Idaliz and Michelle) and team 10 (Lily and Jovani)! TCA is super easy to cancel or reschedule cleans thru their app and always has friendly customer service. 100% recommend!

We’ve been using TCA for a few years now and they do a great job. We’ve only had a couple issues with missed areas and they were always quick fix it and very responsive. Josef’s team is always stellar: Idaliz & Taylor with him this week were great!
