Called & left a detailed message about having my lawn aerated 2 weeks ago.... no one bothered to call back, just hearing crickets

The gentlemen that did the work did a fantastic job but I have to give them 3 stars because of communication and pricing. The lack of communication was very unprofessional. I asked the owner to come out to my property to see it before he provided a quote since we have a lot of trees. I made him aware of that. He decided not to and provided one via email without seeing it. It ended up taking two guys two days to complete the job. I received the invoice and he jacked up the price and made me pay for multiple trips to dump the leaves and multiple man hours. The work was absolutely wonderful but I’m now paying over $500 when he quoted me $350 to begin with. To the owner of the company- go see the property before you provide the quote and talk to the homeowners face to face. Waiting days to a week to hear back from you was unnecessary.

Paul is a very fine young man. He is hard working and has done wonderful things to my yard! My daughter was having her wedding in my backyard due to COVID. Paul and his crew turned my yard into a wonderland!! He is easy to work with and is willing to help in any way. I highly recommend his services!!

Edit: As of April 2024, not responding to emails, voice mailbox is full, website domain is offline. I don't believe this business is operating anymore, had to find a new mowing service for 2024.

We moved to Cedarburg and had a month where the house was unoccupied. Lawn and order started mowing our lawn before we even moved in and they continue to keep our lawn looking nice throughout the mowing season.

We’ve also used them for their spring cleaning services and to remove some old bushes and lava rocks in our backyard. They have come and walked through our yard before each of these services and provided an estimate before completing their work. The work they performed was exactly what I expected and besides a couple emails I didn’t have to do anything.

Our lawn looks awesome after the spring cleanup and they keep it looking great throughout the entire mowing season. I don’t have to worry about maintaining a lawn mower or take time away from my family to keep our lawn looking nice!

I am most impressed with Paul's professionalism and hard work ethic.

It was by accident that I came across a Lawn & Order business card at our local hardware store in Cedarburg late last fall. I called and spoke directly to Paul about the size of our lot and what I needed to be shoveled and plowed. He took the time to come to the house, followed up with a written quote (which was most reasonable) and, long story short, did a great job this whole winter. I was so impressed with the snow removal that I asked him to handle all of our lawn needs.

I am happy to say that the recent Spring Clean Up, including edging, was of the highest standards. I look forward to a long association with Paul Uselding and I highly recommend his "Lawn & Order" company for all four seasons.

I used Lawn and Order again this year for my yard cleanup. Owner Paul went above and beyond in turning my yard beautiful. You can tell he genuinely cares and appreciates his customers. Work ethic is amazing, you can see in his work that he takes pride in what he does, and the results are fantastic. Will definitely be using him again next year, and probably more for this year as well!

, I had a very dangerous encounter with one of this company’s red trucks during a lane merge. The driver aggressively sped up, refused to let me merge as my lane ended, and continuously honked. I was forced to brake and was pushed into a construction bollard, which caused damage to my vehicle (my side mirror was knocked off).

The driver did not stop — this was effectively a hit and run. As I passed, he laughed, smiled, and waved, which was extremely disturbing given the situation. I’ve attached a photo for reference.

A police report has been filed, and I am currently waiting to hear back from a manager (Chad) regarding whether the company will take responsibility for the damage to my vehicle.

This behavior is extremely unsafe and unacceptable.

I couldn’t be happier with my recent mulch and topsoil purchase! The quality was outstanding—everything was incredibly clean and exactly what we needed.

The service truly stood out. Dale and his team were personable, professional, and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Delivery was seamless and right on point.
