This first cleaning was excellent. The crew was respectful and quiet. They were also very independent. They knew what to do. My work from home morning was undisturbed. The manager who checked in was gracious and informative.

We are happy with the cleaning service. The cleaners are friendly and efficient. We would like to choose the same cleaners that come each week but can't decide between the two that came this week and Coral who came by herself two weeks ago. I do have a question about our laundry room. Isn't it supposed to be on our list of rooms to clean? The floor in the laundry room was not been cleaned this week nor two weeks ago. Can you please clarify this for me? Thank you!!

The Cleaning Authority of Cedarburg has been cleaning for my mother for nearly six years. Jasmine was part of her very first cleaning crew and Ashley teamed up with her very soon afterwards. They do an outstanding job and are always very respectful and treat my mother with kindness. The company ensures that their staff is well trained; sending their new employees along with their seasoned "trainers" to ensure they are well prepared to properly perform all tasks. For the last several cleanings, Jasmine and Ashley have been training Shelby and she has been catching on quickly. I definitely recommend The Cleaning Authority for anyone who wants someone else to take over this hefty chore!

I have been having the Cleaning Authority clean my house for over 15 years. They have consistently done a great job (and I am very picky). The cleaners are very professional and thorough yet also nice. In all the years they have cleaned for me they have only cancelled once, and rescheduled for the next day. I could not be more satisfied. They are a luxury I will never give up!

The cleaning authority has been amazing to have for cleaning services for our house. Staff are responsive to phone calls and emails whenever I have had questions. Charlotte and Katelyn have been my team for over a year and I could not be happier! I look forward to having them in our house. I am confident that they know just what needs to be done and will acknowledge any personal request I might have - extra bathrooms or bedrooms. They are both very courteous, honest and remind me of our own daughters! (Except, they clean! Ha!). I am always interested to hear about what is going on with them and truly like both of them! Charlotte and Katelyn do a wonderful job! They are very flexible and considerate when I'm working from home. They do a very thorough job and work well together as a team. I was especially impressed when they were training a new person and I overheard them teaching her the proper way to do things. That gave me even more confidence in knowing that they do a fantastic job!

I’ve had Tara and Carron cleaning my home now for a few years and have tried multiple cleaners before them so I can confidently say they are the best! They are friendly, professional and great at what they do. I have a large family and 2 dogs and they do a great job either working around them or taking the time to say hi. Of course I recommend them!

I wanted to update my review because after many months I feel even stronger! My team, Chris and Alex and a rotating third, is outstanding!! Chris and Alex are always punctual, professional, efficient and friendly! They work hard and do an excellent job while being personable and approachable! CeCe, Sara, Nathan, and Valerie were none stop workers. They really made sure every surface was a clean as possible. They aimed for a job well done. The added bonus was their kind and pleasant natures.
