The Cleaning Authority is the best cleaning service I have ever used. Not only do they do a great job cleaning, but they are always very accommodating with my schedule and needs. I highly recommend them.

I have used the Cleaning Authority for years and my mother had used them for many years before I did. They have always been consistent, reliable and friendly. Carolyn and Heidi have been cleaning my house for a very long time. I like the consistency and knowing my team. They have gotten to know my dog and my kids and they always bring a treat for my dog. They are an awesome pair and I have recommended them out to other friends and family. Their cleaning is always thorough and I love coming home from work to a clean house. This allows me time to work on other house projects. Can't say enough good things.

Just had first clean...the house is spic and span. Best cleaning ever done. Everyone is courteous and thorough. Appreciated manager coming in to check that everything was done appropriately.

Overall, the house looked pretty good. The only concern I have is our tub door has small crevices Of dirt now, I don’t know if they use toothbrushes but toothbrushes when I do it works really well in bleach, but there’s a lot of corrosion in between the metal parts of the door that should get done. The kitchen floor looked great except that they did not get the sticky stuff off the floor, which was easy to get off. Otherwise it was great thank you

They did a thorough job, explaining their processes and solicitating feedback as they went. Our home is now even shinier than we moved in 7 yrs ago. They were able to even remove stains from the kitchen porcelain sink we never knew could be gone. We are extremely pleased and glad we chose The Cleaning Authority.

Excellent beyond words! Last minute sos call & they responded immediately & two people sent were hard working, polite, & had a cheerful disposition! So refreshing to be amongst such devoted & positive personalities! …& they did an excellent job!

I have used several cleaning services through the years. The Cleaning Authority is my favorite by far. My most recent clean was amazing! The cleaning crew showed up on time. I was in awe of their detailed work which included washing walls and deep cleaning. My historic home has some "interesting" features. The cleaners were cheerful as they capably faced the challenges. I found them to be courteous, open to feedback and willing to customize the clean to my preferences. The two cleaners cleaned my house quickly and well. I also admire the company's efforts to respect their workers. It feels good to know their workers are treated well. I love how easy it is to schedule cleans via email and am very grateful for The Cleaning Authority.
