Katie and Bridget did an outstanding job! They are very thorough and work well together. My house was "several family gatherings dirty"! They sailed thru and left our home sparkling!

The Asst. Manager was great (Shelly?) - didn't really meet the other team that arrived later. Only plroblem is that one of the bedrooms was missed/skipped. Not sure if that was a one-off mistake or if there's a reason it was skipped?

Disappointed with the Service
I hired this cleaning company expecting professional service, but unfortunately, they fell far short of expectations. They don’t clean or mop thoroughly, and when I asked about areas they clearly skipped, I was told it was part of their “rotation system.”

This “rotation system” seems to be an excuse for not doing the job properly. I signed up for a cleaning service, not selective or partial cleaning. Basic tasks like mopping floors and wiping surfaces should be standard every visit, but that wasn’t the case.

I don’t feel like I got what I paid for, and I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and consistent cleaning services. There are better options out there.

Everything is sparkling clean. Personnel are friendly and efficient and always do a great job. Have a concern? Let them know and they’ll take care of it!

Very easy to set up. Estimate & prices are fair. My 1st cleaning went without a hitch, and was very good quality.

Dishonest. Was billed for a 2 hour clean documented by ring the crew arrived at 8:30am and left at 9:45am. They pride themselves on wiping all surfaces but no ceiling fans or light fixtures were dusted. Our shower faucet was broken during their clean and we were not contacted proactively about the issue. This is not the first time we have had quality concerns. They have had to come back multiple times for re-cleans. We have had their bi-monthly service for over 2 years. In the beginning it was impeccable but the last 6-8 months have been disappointing, subpar at best. See pictures and compare to their list of things that were completed.

Friendly and knowledgeable! Did a great job taking down our trees. They take the time to observe the property to come up with the best plan for removal, keeping safety in mind the entire time. We have been using Lawnscapers since we moved into our new construction home in Cedarburg back in 2015. The laid the sod in our yard, built a beautiful natural rock wall for a front island, and installed all of our plants and trees over the years. Bill and Josh are a pleasure to work with on any project we have, large or small. We have created a beautiful outdoor space thanks to all their work and the great advice they have provided. We use them for our annual lawn maintenance as well and we have always been pleased with their work. I give them my highest recommendation.

Josh and crew did an amazing job. They worked on our baseball fields at Kiwanis park in Kewaskum. Extremely professional. Responds to phone calls and very easy to work with. I highly recommend them for any of your landscaping services.

I had then grade and seed my new lawn, as qell as build a fire pit and purgala. The pit and purgala were of high cost but high quality. The lawn is not good at all. They used little topsoil and the seed mix is terrible. Majority of seed was rye grass, little blue grass. Now my lawn after 1 yearlooks like a red fescue lawn with lots of weeds.

We recently built a home and contacted a couple of landscaping companies to handle the design, grading, and installation of trees, shrubs, stone, mulch, lawn and a wildflower meadow for our new yard. After a false start with a different company that charged a design fee and then did not provide the plans or return phone calls in a timely fashion, we luckily found Lawnscapers. From start to finish, our experience with Lawnscapers was wonderful. They came up with a beautiful design, communicated with us in a timely manner throughout the process, and in the end provided us with a beautifully landscaped yard. Their entire staff was extremely courteous, and due to their large crew, the installation went incredibly fast. I would highly recommend Lawnscapers, Inc for any job large or small. They are knowledgeable professionals, who deliver as promised (with no unpleasant surprises), and are truly nice people to work with.

Started using this company for snow removal a couple of years ago. I had them seed an area in my backyard where a large juniper used to be. They came pretty much when they could not scheduled and completed in a time frame that I thought was rushed. The end result was a rushed job. They didn’t clear the area very well lay enough top soil for healthy growth. I watered regularly and it still doesn’t look good and they charged me over a thousand dollars for the work. I asked for them to come back out to look at it and they didn’t do much to make it right. I paid them a little late because I wasn’t satisfied with the job but they did get paid. I received a letter today saying my snow removal services will not be available this winter. Not a great experience.

Lawnscapers has provided great service in for a variety of projects including initial seeding, weed control and tree planting. We highly recommend their services.

Lawnscapers was recommended to us by someone in our neighborhood as we have had chronic water drainage issues and needed water diverted away from our home. Bill Witt helped us develop the vision for our project to keep with the history of our 1900 home by using locally sourced fieldstone that matches our foundation. The rain garden was built to our exact specifications, as was our flowerbed/bird feeding station and fire pit. Bill's son Josh executed everything as we wished and we are THRILLED with the results. Josh's team were thorough, on time every day and checked in with us every few hours to ensure we were satisfied with the progress they were making. Understand that services at this quality and materials aren't cheap, but the investment in a quality provider will yield us a backyard oasis for years to come.
