Got super quick response and quick service! Small siding repair that was done in about 24 hours from call to completion!

We called Legacy Exteriors because someone referred us to them! We had various bids from the big name companies for siding and Windows, and were frustrated. The prices varied greatly and we could tell each of them were trying to sell us without even teaching us about something that was foreign to our world. Legacy Exteriors came in, talked us through everything, worked with our budget, and I believed they cared about their business, their products, and us! They were amazing! Their crew was very responsive to my odd questions, worked fast, and were really polite. They even quickly saved our butts because we originally tried to cut corners by using someone else for doors. That person was not working out and Legacy picked it up the very next day! I can't tell you how much we appreciate them. Our house is now GORGEOUS and we owe them to let others know! Thank you for your hard work and dedication. We will be calling you next to build our patio!!!!!!

We are extremely happy with our new roof, siding, windows and Master Shield that were installed by Legacy Exteriors! The quality is excellent and the house looks beautiful! They are a top-notch organizations from start to finish. Brock, the sales rep visited our home on a couple of different occasions and was very thorough with us and answered all of my questions before we decided to hire them. Once we did they got us on the schedule as soon as possible and the entire job was done in a very short period of time. The crews were outstanding! They were on time, extremely polite and very accomodating. We were so impressed at how hard they worked and how quickly they got our job completed. I would not hesitate to hire them again or to recommend them to any and all of my friends and relatives! Great job!!

We are so very happy with the siding, gutters, new roof, and deck we had done with Legacy Exteriors in early spring. The crew was professional in every way - on-time, hard working, and they did high quality work. They completed a fairly big job quickly and efficiently and did a thorough job of cleaning up at the end. A new roof is a big investment and I had 5 contractors give me estimates before making my decision to go with Legacy. It was not just the lowest price I was looking for, but also the company that I felt would be there for me if needed in the future. Their warranty on the roof is exceptional. They answered all my questions, but were not pushy at all. They were very professional from start to finish. The new roof looks great. The whole process was a lot quieter than other roofs I have had done. It was completed by a crew of 3 hard workers, so maybe not having 15 people galloping across the roof might have helped , but also it seemed their compressors were quieter. If you have an overactive startle reflex like I do, you will appreciate this. They did a good job containing the mess and so far we have not found any stray nails.

I was very happy with the work that was done by Legacy Exteriors. I had them replace gutters & fascia on the house and install gutters on my barn. Work looks good and they were fast and clean up was terrific. I would hire them again.

Legacy Exteriors did a fantastic job on our new roof. Great working with them from start to finish. Brock had our proposal back within 48 hours and Nate had his crew onsite and job complete within 2 weeks of signing the contract. Roof completed in a day with some touch up work the following morning. Would highly recommend!

Thank you for promptly taking care of our problem! We had a shingle blown off the roof and rain coming in 2 days time- easy to work with over the phone and through prompt text messages. They matched the existing shingles and everything looks good.

Service after installation has been great too! We had a couple of minor issues come up when the weather got cold and windy. Both times, Legacy came out the very next day and took care of it.

Poor Communication and Unhappy with the Outcomes: We contracted Legacy Exteriors to replace our roof at our home, paying for a new roof, new gutters and new gutter guards. When we first contracted them we shopped around and saw they had a lot of positive reviews here. We asked them to "replace our roof." They gave us a quote and so after choosing them we signed our contract and paid our deposit. Once the roofers finally started working on it, in the middle of the work they all the sudden tell us that we also have to buy new gutters as our previous gutters won't work they say - even though they were in fine shape. This was disappointing as part of their job as contractors is to assess these things up front. Anyway, we were happy to trust them. So we trusted them and immediately paid for and bought new gutters through them since they were already working on our roof. Then they told us that it would be too late to install the gutters at that time so they would have to come back later. When they finally did come back to install the gutters they installed them with these very ugly metal straps that are on top of the roof, and do not look pretty at all. They told us there was nothing they could do. This is not true, as our original roof did not have these straps. In this case it felt they were not being honest with us and just trying to take advantage of us. It was simply because they decided to finish have the roofers finish without talking to their own team about what would be needed for the gutters on our house. We even offered to go back to pay out of pocket to redo the last few rows of roof shingles to install the gutters in the standard way without the ugly metal straps. They offered us a quote, which proves again it was possible, but gave us a bad deal on that quote. Ultimately the individuals at Legacy seem okay, but they do not communicate well and tried to push through to a finished product they know is not the pleasing final roof a customer expects. I know anyone reading this cares a lot about their house and homes are expensive, so you hope to get a good final product when you spent this much money. All they had to do was better talk with their own team to ensure things like this didn't happen, or try to work together with us to get to a good last result. We felt we were taken advantage of and did not end up with a great finished product we had hoped for. Very disappointing. We would definitely recommend other companies if you have the option.

I used legacy for siding, new roof/downspouts and a trim work repair job for a troublesome series of large angled sunroom windows. The roof was an insurance claim for hail damage and they were able to match my estimate which was great. Exceeded my expectations on all three projects. They are fairly priced, provide quality craftsmanship and are easy to work with. Overall highly recommended.

We moved to the area in May and thought our new home needed some modest work on the exterior (not leaving a 5-star review for my inspector). The office staff, the foreman, the supervisor, and the entire crew had a very high-quality standard and were very approachable when we requested updates on project status. Have received several compliments on their work from other contractors. At the end of the project, we got hit with hail and needed a new roof. Easy choice - we went with Legacy again and were not disappointed.
