Paramount Roofing gave a fair and accurate estimate for the work on our house. We had new soffit, fascia, gutters and roof and the work was excellent. The crew was exceptionally nice, quiet and cleaned up everything with no trace. I highly recommend Paramount Roofing for any roof related work!

We had Paramount roof three residential properties and they did a great job at a reasonable price in a very timely manner. Everyone that worked with us - the owner and his wife and the folks up on the roof - was responsive, thorough, professional and helpful. I've had Paramount re-roof three residential buildings and four out buildings. All bids came in the lowest except for the largest residence roof job. However I wanted Paramount to do the job and asked if they could meet or beat the lowest bid, and they did. All work was done well and quickly. Cleanup was also done well. The last residential job was bid by Paramount at $3200 under the next bid. I'm very happy with their work and would recommend them anytime.

We were very happy with the entire process of reproofing our house. I received five quotes on the project and awarded it to Paramount because of price, service, and speed. They really did a great job in every respect. I would do business again with them in a heartbeat.

We had a leak and called Paramount roofing for an estimate, James was out the next day to take a look. He gave us options and prices and we signed a contract. When they took the shingles off they found more damage, James called right away to discuss our options. They did a great job with the roof, the gutters, communication and they finished on time as promised. The roof and gutters look great! We are very happy with Paramount roofing and James and will be getting an estimate for the siding next.

The team here are fantastic! They arrived on time, kept the area around our roof clean, displayed great customer service, and got the work completed on time. Our roof replacement looks stunning and incredibly well done.

We actually had a few areas of poor craftsmanship on our roof from whoever originally installed our roof. I am no expert, but it looked terrible up there--one area had a three shingle patch and another had two layers of shingles with a piece of plywood over it and ANOTHER layer of shingles.

They did the job right and I will using them for our siding when we get to replace that. You will NOT be disappointed by Paramount! Thanks for your hard work!!

Paramount Roofing and Siding does exceptional work. I had my foundation sided to match the prefabricated house a couple years ago. Not only were they very timely, but the attention to detail they put into it really surprised me. I had no idea there was such a difference in quality when put on with a little extra care. We just had our residential roof and garage finished with Paramount. Working with James was a pleasure. He was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. He inspected our old roof, wrote up our contract and had the work done in a timely manner. The cleanup was also done impeccably. I recommend Paramount to anyone looking for a new roof and or repairs. There was no way it could have been better. From making an appointment, meeting sales rep. , project manager and the great team. Respectful, hard working. Started at 7am done by 3. Clean up was great. I love the flags, instead of signs. Personally, they seem to draw more attention.

I had set up an estimate with Juston from Paramount roofing on May 29 2025. I told him I wasn't going to be home at 10:00 am and he said that was okay and he would do the estimate for both roofs and gutters and keep it all separate for me. He shows up and 10:00 am and then calls me to say we missed each other. I called him back to tell him our arraignment and then he remembered and apologized. He said he would swing back by and do the estimate. He never came back and I have cameras so I know this. I then send a follow up e-mail to Juston asking how it went and I didn't hear back from him. I live in Madison near Paramount and was excited to find a local company. Very poor customer service on his part. I will use another company for my insurance claim and I won't be using Paramount Roofing

We're extremely satisfied with the work done on my Mom's house by Paramount Roofing. The process from getting an estimate to having the roof repaired at a reasonable price was quick and seamless for us.

I had roof damage to a hail storm back in 2012. The team from Paramount roofing did a great job through the hole whole process of getting it fixed. This year in 2025 I had an issue with my insurance company with materials not from any fault of Paramount but of the shingle material not being good enough in the eyes of the insurance company. James from Paramount worked with me to help resolve the issue of all these years later. Excellent customer service!

I reached out to Paramount to get an estimate on a roof and found out they could also do my siding, windows/doors, and gutters. The idea of having a single contact person (James) for everything was very appealing. James was incredibly responsive and spoke intelligently about all aspects of the exterior remodel. He came out and took all measurements and sat down with my wife and I to over material and color options. What was nice was that he would give us a few opinions along the way using his years of experience as a guide. Once we decided on materials and colors, the scheduling process was a breeze. Material was ordered and timelines were set. James did a great job keeping us posted on delivery dates along the way. The crews for the jobs showed up on time and worked diligently until the job was done. They were respectful of the property and kept the work site safe and clean. Our house is 33 years old and this is the first remodel so as you can imagine, some issues were uncovered as the old siding was removed. Those issues were handled quickly and at a fair price. New framing and sheeting had to take place in an area that had some water damage due to poor work being done by the original home builder. James' team attacked this problem without skipping a beat and put us at ease very quickly. James was on site multiple times during the project and was always available. Going through an entire exterior remodel is a stressful process but it could not have gone any smoother thanks to James and Paramount Crew. The project was completed late last week and we love everything about it. If you are looking to have work done, save yourself the research and go with Paramount. I can be very picky about some things and Paramount knocked it out of the park.

My wife and I can't say enough good things about our experience with Paramount, especially James! Due to circumstances on our end, James and Paramount have been by our side for the last 15+ months as we navigated our issues.
We contracted to have a total house, 2-car garage and 4-car garage makeover:
- Removal of old metal roof and installation of new Standing Seam Roof, with snow breaks.
- Removal of old siding and installation of LP Smartside Board & Batten.
- Removal of old skylights and installation of new Velux venting skylights.
- New 6" gutters with gutter guards.
- New soffit and fascia.
James responded to every question we had, provided timely updates AND pointed out issues that we had no idea were present that his crew easily could have overlooked and hidden and we wouldn't have been the wiser.
The attention to detail was impeccable. Every seam lined up, all the battens are straight, every nail head has been touched up with appropriate color.
As with the entire job, not only did James ensure cleanup was done properly, he pitched in and got his hands dirty!
We are extremely thrilled with the finished product and have the look and feel of a brand new home!
We would highly recommend James and Paramount for any roofing and siding job!
